I love Mary Grace, she is super helpful and very patience with me since I am not a tech savvy. Also, it's super easy to use this app, very straightforward. I would recommend to other people.

App is terrible. Sync a marketplace, setup all the options and it diappears. While connected it did not sync a quarter of my listings. Not worth the time especially if you have a big catalog.

Warning: Do not use this app. I installed the app and hooked it up to a brand new etsy store (a previous etsy store I had did millions so I am not new at this). It created duplicate listings for nearly every single item on our store. Not just one duplicate listing, but 4-5 duplicate listings. I contacted Shopify and they are supposedly still working on a fix. This was 5 days ago. I finally disconnected this terrible app from our etsy store so it would stop duplicating listings. Now I have a bill from etsy for over $700 when it should be less than $100. Etsy won't do anything about it as they said it is Shopifys problem (which it is). Don't use this app, use a third party app that is more stable and fully built out. I am down $600 cause I chose this app.

Great support staff. This app is very easy to use and set up and if you have issues their support staff is extremely helpful and take the time to walk you through everything to figure it out.

Shopify Marketplace Connect is a fantastic app! Setting up my marketplace connections was quick and straightforward. Like with any new app, I encountered a few initial issues, but Mariel from their customer support was incredibly helpful. App keeps syncing prices of my Shopify listings with the my Etsy listings, even though the sync options are set to "web". Gave up and uninstalled after it done it for the third time.

Very easy set-up for all marketplaces. I was able to begin selling on Walmart and eBay within 24 hours. Live chat support is always available and super helpful to guide through set-up issues. Highly recommend this app!

Works fine for ebay but not Amazon. I've been put through the wringer with this company and have been with them for 12 months so it's not a knee jerk reaction but MarketPlace Connect simply does not do what it says. I keep being told developers are looking into it but it's not solved. I don't believe they have the technical skills because simple listings do not sync with Amazon and are stuck in publishing mode. I've waited 2 months for this to be sorted but run out of patience. I absolutely do not recommend this app for Amazon syncing.

Only recently downloaded but all seems to work smoothly. A few teething issues but support was great. Really helpful and swift solving of any issues!
