Brilliant App opening up additional markets and increasing revenue. Carlos was amazing (and very patient) helping me get my first item listed on Ebay. Not once did he blame it on user error when it very clearly was :)

I had an issue, and Joy from customer service helped me out instantly. This is a big thumbs up for help and the app works great. The response time was incredibly fast, and Joy was both professional and friendly. The app itself is user-friendly and performs exceptionally well. excellent customer support and the seamless functionality of the app. Five stars all around!

Be careful, this app doesn’t restock items after order cancellation. With each cancellation, you’ll accumulate physical stock that won’t be reflected on the website. We are increasingly considering making something else the primary source of inventory instead of Shopify, as it has too many inconveniences.

Thanks for your feedback, Our app is designed this way, if an order has been sent to Shopify and is canceled on the marketplace, the corresponding order in Shopify is also canceled. However inventory levels remain unaffected. The cancellation does not result in the product being restocked. This behavior is deliberate considering the possible reasons for cancellation, (for example, unable to fulfil due to damaged or missing stock). The reason is not provided to us from the marketplace. If Shopify Marketplace was to restock the product, that risks overselling an item that is potentially unavailable. Our team is available 24/7 please reach out for any further queries. Nikki

Thanks for your feedback, We can see from the interaction with the support team you are looking for an app that will auto replenish inventory from cancelled orders. Cancellations can be for a number of reasons that can be impacted by stock levels, hence this is not currently available with our app. However we are always considering new and different options on our roadmap. After investigation we found out that our inventory with Amazon is not sync correctly. Contacted support and they said that they only update inventory when Shopify have quantity updated, but if order placed on Amazon directly then they don't update quantity on Shopify unless you turn on order sync as well. Now we have to process inventory count to fix quantity that wasn't updated, and it's hours of work.

Thanks for your feedback, We want to clarify that Marketplace Connect is designed to update inventory in Shopify when there is a quantity change in Shopify itself. For orders placed directly on Amazon, the inventory update on Shopify requires the order to be synced to your store. The inventory decrement is triggered by the action of pushing the order to Shopify, ensuring that all sales channels are accurately updated. We have reached out directly to further discuss. Nikki

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This piece of hot garbage removed the UPC codes from 1,800 listings... costing me hours of time to fix. And they wanted to throw their brand name "Codisto" all over my listing descriptions. Good news, takes just a few minutes to setup. Bad news, it takes days to fix the damage they cause. And they can't import new listings into Shopify from other places, only push from Shopify out. My experience was so bad with this, that I wouldn't trust them again 50 versions down the line.

I was forced to migrate from a perfectly working app to this "new" one, and it's been nothing but problems ever since. The lack of support is infuriating and unacceptable. My main issues are: I cannot see my products. I cannot link my products. My entire shop is out of sync, and I don't have the time to fix problems that this app caused. Please fix my shop immediately.

This app is a huge time saver if you already have your products listed in Shopify and would like to have them on Amazon. The support I have received has always been prompt and efficient, extremely helpful in helping me get set up. I definitely recommend this app to anyone interested in saving time on re-listing. Being able to make edits in bulk to similar listings, especially adjusting prices to be different from those already on Shopify is great bonus for me. It took a bit of getting used to at first, but generally speaking, until those orders start coming in, getting things started here has been an efficient and productive move for my business!
