Shopify Marketplace Connect

Adrian was really helpful and helped me fix my Etsy issue - www.houseprints.co.uk

I wanted to give this app a great review as I was excited to get my products connected with my Etsy store. However now that's it's connected and I have spent many hours making sure the titles and products ingredients and categories, tags etc are set up as necessary. EVERY TIME a product is sold on my shopify store it goes back and overwrites the details I have updated on Etsy. The connection I required was simply to update the quantity. They should offer this as an option - only update the quantity when checking the shopify site for updates.

I'm new to Market Connect and Shopify. When I needed help learning how to use the app, Joy B and the team at Market Connect were extremely helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and even walked me through certain tasks when I needed the extra help. In addition, they even set me up with a custom template for some of my products. Great app and customer support! Best I have ever had.

lyn with marketplace connect helped me fix a coouple issues with my items even when it was nothing to do with there app. All of my issues needed to be fixed on the shopify side and Lyn helped me through that! And all of this on thanksgiving morning :) So far extremely happy with the App
