I spoke to Jeff as i wanted to unlink a product which I thought was being sold on one platform and being fulfilled via another - turns out it wasn't and Jeff very patiently explained this to me. He also helped me with settings where I had different prices showing on each of the platforms and explained how to rectify this. He was a delight to deal with, explained things in a way that I understood while, educating me in this brand new world of e-commerce! Thank you very much Jeff, it was a pleasure to talk to you today and I appreciate your patience and guidance

Salve, ho un problema con la sincronizazzione delle immagini. Qualcuno potrebbe essermi di aiuto? sul mio store ho tante immagini per ogni prodotto ma quando creo l'inserzione su ebay me ne importa solamente una!!!sinceramente è una cosa molto fastidiosa! qualcuno che può aiutarmi? App non molto performante ma è gratuita e tutto sommato funziona bene. L'assistenza invece è eccellente, pronta ad intervenire e a risolvere problemi.

We installed this app to connect Amazon and Walmart marketplaces to our Shopify store. Unfortunately, we were unable to link our products. We opened a support case on the 15th of July, and despite assurances that Marketplace Connect's developers were working to fix our issue, almost a month later and we still have not had a response. Shopify Marketplace Connect is holding back our business due to poor support, forcing us to look for alternatives.

MarkL truly made my day. As a newcomer to Marketplace Connect, I had no clue how to list products. Mark was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the platform and assisting me in listing my first product. It's a fantastic platform with excellent customer support. I highly recommend this app.

This app is unpredictable and support is spotty. They are clearly still developing this app. I have been using it since November for Ebay and Etsy and the app nearly caused my etsy shop to be suspended with the recent developments they made to it. It was resetting my supply listings to claiming they are handmade, by me, recently. This is a HUGE violation of etsy's number 1 policy and led to them removing 2 listings in the past month of raw materials I sell for crafts. This caused Etsy to also remove my star seller status and they are threatening suspension of my shop. As of this moment there is no way to correct this on the app in settings. I always choose "ALL etsy rules" and the app was still behaving this way. I audited my entire shop of nearly 2000 listings, manually, going through the listings one by one, about 5 times in the past 8 months correcting these mistakes, as well as repopulating the SEO tags the app removes from Etsy. Interestingly, these mistakes are pretty random and unpredictable and effected about 75% of my listings with no rhyme nor reason. There are also issues with the formatting of descriptions, so, as a workaround, the past 8 months I was forced to listing everything separately on etsy and then link the listings- which is also difficult because the app is unable to show a thumbnail of the etsy listing when linking, leaving lots of room for human error. It also does not correctly show shipping details the buyer choses at checkout when pushing the order through to Etsy- like it wont tell you the buyer chose Priority mail, if they did, once the order gets pushed through to Shopify. I am still using the Ebay connect, but there are also issues there regarding item specifics. The app creates duplicate policies on ebay with a sku at the end and when I contacted support about this they denied the app is doing that. I have no reason to create duplicate policies with a sku and no listings attached to them. The app also deleted all the item specifics I had on ebay and there is no workaround for that in the app, other then entering them all again on the app itself, which doesnt include all the specifics Ebay is asking for, especially regarding jewelry. It also removed variants from 5 of my tumbled stone listings (of which I have nearly 200 working just fine with their variants) and have been trying to work with support on this issue for over a MONTH with no fix in sight other than random pulling at straws- seriously some of the most asinine "ideas", like changing the variation name, or the category, or the title, which doesn't make sense as I have 200 other listings, listed exactly the same way, in the same category, and they are integrated and working just fine. I am going to try waiting it out a little longer with the Ebay connect side in hopes that these issues will be straightened out, but I do know theres another great app out there, the one I was using before trying Marketplace connect, that I will be returning to if this doesn't get sorted out soon.

If you are looking to sync with Amazon, it is decent, and you will need to connect with customer service. They are very helpful with Amazon. However, if you need to connect with Etsy, customer service does not have a clue. They send you pages to read, but in reality, it does not work. I have already spent 7 days contacting customer service morning and night (by the way, they do not work on weekends) and still have no solution. Only 2 items have synced, but using the same settings doesn't work for others. Please fix the issue with Etsy and improve customer service .
