Aldrian - Was very helpful. When i was talking to him, it didnt feel like he was juggling 10 different chats at once, he was on point and quick in his reply. Personally, I like the 1:1 on the chat, and had the chat delays waiting for a responce. His replys were quick and insightful. Next time I have to chat, I hope I get him again. AND... he fixed the issue.

This app has gone from bad to worse. For $99 a month, it should at least work. Support doesn't listen. The app is defective. It causes significant issues with Amazon listings and Etsy. They will not fix it and the recommendations do not solve the problems. Very sad.

I tried using Marketplace Connect as a cost-saving alternative after previously relying on a custom API. Still, it has not been a solution for my most important need, connecting with the Target+ marketplace. After a year and a half of effort, there has been virtually no progress, and neither the app’s support team nor Target’s support seems to fully understand how to resolve the issues. It has been a genuinely frustrating experience. The app does work well with Walmart, eBay, and Etsy, but if your primary goal is seamless Target integration, this is not the tool for you. Save yourself the time and avoid the disappointment.

We used it to connect it to Amazon. It took a bit work to connect, but the customer support has made the difference. The representative (Joy V) was very responsive and helpful. She provided quick and detailed answers to the questions we had. In terms of things to improve, I think development team can work on the error messaging a bit more. The error codes regarding required fields are somewhat descriptive, but sometimes maps to multiple fields and can be cryptic to resolve.. again, customer service shined here to help.
