It is not user friendly. I have been getting help from staff at Shopify Marketplace, but we can't fix the problems. I would like someone to connect with me who can solve the issues with connecting to Amazon

Pretty fantastic. Also, Mariel the support agent was really fast to help with a minor issue. BUT PLEASE ADD AUTOMATIC DEFAULT POLICY SELECTION!!! Hate having to always manually choose shipping policy.

Absolutely terrible. It didn't connect to eBay, ruining all my Google SEO rankings and Adwords. Disgusted by how bad this app is.

They offer great support however the categories are quite confusing to setup and attributes are not exactly similar to Amazon. It would help if there was a detailed guide or info bullets. Also preset values would be of great help. You will need some assistance if you want to sync products to Amazon. The app does publishes faster than if you would directly publish on Amazon.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star to raise awareness due to the fact this app, as some other users have mentioned, can result in sync issues with eBay. This is a major bug and in almost all cases will impact the business. We have not experienced any issues with Amazon, however, as such a major bug has been allowed to exist, this app cannot be trusted to not cause other issues down the line.

I have tried this app support couple of times. Today I had Russ to help me with a listing issue with Ebay and Etsy. I greatly appreciate his willingness to help . Thank you Russ

It's been over 2months Since I asked for help to get my listings synced to Amazon. It's unfortunate I wasn't able to get the help I needed and was told that this is a Self- Service app. Well, indeed. So we worked it out ourselves with some workaround and asked you guys to have my Amazon GTIN exemption enabled and you did, so thanks! Finally we were able to get our listings synced to Amazon. I would like to thank Jeff Avila who has been there for me from the time I needed an assistance, we know he did his part and we appreciate it all. Thanks Jeff!!
Was working OK,( the shopfiy makeover after they absorbed the app was a complete disaster ), but now our inventory is not syncing for days - we are now overselling 6-8 items on ebay everyday. They have been unable resolve the situation for several weeks now. We have to scramble to restock items, or refund purchases. Hours of our time wasted, and we look like amateurs who don't know how to run a business. And it is not cheap. Looking for alternatives.
