Amazing help from Jae, very nice and patient.
I don't understand how Shopify allows so much crap of App and Shopify looks now like a scam room, having its partners that nothing benefits us small businesses right now I will look for another platform
Thanks for your feedback, We can see from the interaction with the support team you are looking for an app that will auto replenish inventory from cancelled orders. Cancellations can be for a number of reasons that can be impacted by stock levels, hence this is not currently available with our app. However we are always considering new and different options on our roadmap. 100% trash, does not work even after I generate new Walmart client ID and client secret. Called support and is no help either.

After investigation we found out that our inventory with Amazon is not sync correctly. Contacted support and they said that they only update inventory when Shopify have quantity updated, but if order placed on Amazon directly then they don't update quantity on Shopify unless you turn on order sync as well. Now we have to process inventory count to fix quantity that wasn't updated, and it's hours of work.
Thanks for your feedback, We want to clarify that Marketplace Connect is designed to update inventory in Shopify when there is a quantity change in Shopify itself. For orders placed directly on Amazon, the inventory update on Shopify requires the order to be synced to your store. The inventory decrement is triggered by the action of pushing the order to Shopify, ensuring that all sales channels are accurately updated. We have reached out directly to further discuss. Nikki
Great app, and excellent fast support make setup ease!
Brilliant customer support - quick, live, courteous, knowledgable and effective.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This piece of hot garbage removed the UPC codes from 1,800 listings... costing me hours of time to fix. And they wanted to throw their brand name "Codisto" all over my listing descriptions. Good news, takes just a few minutes to setup. Bad news, it takes days to fix the damage they cause. And they can't import new listings into Shopify from other places, only push from Shopify out. My experience was so bad with this, that I wouldn't trust them again 50 versions down the line.

Great service, great knowledge base and very fast
I was forced to migrate from a perfectly working app to this "new" one, and it's been nothing but problems ever since. The lack of support is infuriating and unacceptable. My main issues are: I cannot see my products. I cannot link my products. My entire shop is out of sync, and I don't have the time to fix problems that this app caused. Please fix my shop immediately.

This app is a huge time saver if you already have your products listed in Shopify and would like to have them on Amazon. The support I have received has always been prompt and efficient, extremely helpful in helping me get set up. I definitely recommend this app to anyone interested in saving time on re-listing. Being able to make edits in bulk to similar listings, especially adjusting prices to be different from those already on Shopify is great bonus for me. It took a bit of getting used to at first, but generally speaking, until those orders start coming in, getting things started here has been an efficient and productive move for my business!
I had a few issue linking AMZ SKUs but support (MarkL) were superb at helping - quick and really informative. 100% recommend!
I love Mary Grace, she is super helpful and very patience with me since I am not a tech savvy. Also, it's super easy to use this app, very straightforward. I would recommend to other people.

customer service helped me with any questions and assistance I needed since I'm not the best with technology! easy and fast!
App is terrible. Sync a marketplace, setup all the options and it diappears. While connected it did not sync a quarter of my listings. Not worth the time especially if you have a big catalog.
