Theres too much going to a sku then when you back out you have to go all the way back to the home page and go back into the ap and connecting an individual sku is not always easy

5 stars to Chloe from customer service for her great job helping me update all my products on eBay as I was having a lot of trouble!!! Regarding the app, I find it a little difficult to manage, mainly eBay, but over time I think that it could be one of the obligatory apps for my store

GREAT APP!, Had a slight issue where the app wasnt syncing (Probably our fault!) Adrian solved this within 2mins! - 10 previous orders imported instantly into shopify! Can only be used on laptop/desktop (not through the Shopify App). Difficult to navigate and overly complicated. Runs very slowly and takes a while for new products to appear in listing results. New products must be manually updated (no auto-transfer). Screen recordings aren't supported by support chat system. But support is 24/7, responds to initial message quickly, willing to Google Meet/screen share, and answers questions effectively. The support team is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of just 1 star. I've been using the Shuttle app for over a year, and even though it costs $5 per month, it's soooo much better!

Very helpful app and works well with etsy for me. Adrian helped me with an issue and got i sorted promptly.

My experience with this app has been absolutely awful. If you still have Codisto, DO NOT move to Marketplace connect. I moved over 5 days ago and was told the transfer would be essentially be "seamless". I haven't had any active listings on Amazon since i.e. no sales. I've been on their Livechat twice a day every day, I keep on being assured that it's with their engineering team. No fix, no timeline. NOTHING. DO NOT TRANSFER FROM CODISTO

Amazing Tec support. I can ask any question and get an answer anytime of the day or night. Have meeting anytime it suit me. Lovely stuff easy to understand.
