The plugin is really well thought out. I was a bit frustrated with some initial difficulties, but the support in the live chat was outstanding. Adrian helped me step by step to set up products and fix bugs. I'm sure the plugin will get better and better in the future.

Mariz in your Customer support Chat is AMAZING, best Customer Service I've had in a long time. Walked this grandma through step by step the process, was patient and kind, and above and beyond CS available in any market today. DO NOT USE. 1st support call deleted all of my Etsy categories, tags, digital listings, disconnneted my files and added shipping. Customer support are still "looking into it" (2 weeks later) 2nd support call. how do i disconnect one product... "set it to inactive and it won't delete it.. " "are you sure it will not delete the product" "yes" okay... guess what... deleted the product on Etsy.. "oh sorry.. yes Etsy will do that" FFS

We're very happy with the Shopify Marketplace Connect app! It's so convenient to link our inventory to other marketplaces. And while there's a learning curve, this is due to the other marketplaces having so many customizable fields. I especially love that we can quite easily add a price premium on other marketplaces (to cover their transaction fees). And the customer support for this app is excellent! They helped me solve the initial "pain points" - now I feel like a pro with this app! Thank you!!

Seems to work okay for Amazon but it was terrible for Etsy. The attributes were not synced to Etsy and actually overwrote the information in my listings with incorrect details. The integration with Etsy overall seems very buggy. I kept getting error messages, e.g. because in the app I could enter any value but Etsy only accepted values from a dropdown menu.. This menu should be visible on the app!!! I leave two stars because Amazon worked okay (although I only used the offer sync -not the product details) and the customer service was available and at least trying to help.
