It was working perfectly fine until they changed us to a new plan without notice or authorization. Now they say we have outstanding charges and ended up closing our account due to that. Now we have unhappy customers because of delays this has caused. Find a different app. People at this one are shady.

Complete Garbage for Ebay, very little documentation, descriptions and images get overwritten by Shopify description and images. Very buggy with virtually no support. Shopify support does not help you, yo have to email marketplace connect and they take at least 1 week to answer an email IF they even respond. For Amazon it works great. For Ebay it is complete trash. Wasted 4 days of my life with this mess of an app!

it's not working it's impossible to sync the products from shopify to eBay.

Automatically pulls in old ebay orders even when configured to not do so, and automatically calls the amazon MCF fulfillment to double-ship orders when it feels like it. This app costed us money.

wir brauchen eine App mit diesen Features unbedingt für unseren Onlinshop für Merinowolle Kleidung für Baby und Kind. Gerade Etsy wäre ein sehr wichtiger Sales Channel. Diese App ist offiziell von Shopify - leider funktioniert sie aber nicht. Im App Menü bekommt man ganz offiziell eine rote Warnung und Fehlermeldung, dass diese App nicht funktioniert und vom Entwickler aktualisiert werden muss. Schade!

I need to urgently address the appalling experience we've had with Shopify Marketplace Connect. If we could rate it with negative stars, we would, given the severe and persistent issues we've faced for over 60 days. Despite sending pictures as requested and reaching out for crucial support, the app has proven to be a travesty for any business owner relying on it. Adding to our frustration, when Amazon.com sought a conversation with a developer from Shopify Marketplace Connect to address our concerns, the support team failed to facilitate this essential dialogue. This starkly contrasts with our experience with Amazon support, which has been more proactive and willing to escalate our issue to their development team. The lack of progress in resolving this critical problem, despite having over 25 feedback emails detailing our support chat conversations, is nothing short of a business owner's nightmare. Listing our products on Amazon.com remains an unmet challenge, and Shopify Marketplace Connect has become more of a hindrance than an asset. We're not seeking a plea; we demand an immediate fix. The current state of Shopify Marketplace Connect is unacceptable for any business owner relying on its functionality. Please allow us to post attachments and emails to illustrate the urgency and severity of the problem. Your swift and decisive action in resolving these issues is imperative to salvage the credibility of Shopify Marketplace Connect for businesses like ours.

I have to say the app does its job and the support team is there to help, however their instructions were very harmful for our business. We asked two different times to two different support people if the application would respect the FREE LIMIT from ebay, so we could simply activate all items and let them sync. They said yes not one, but twice. But a week later we encounter a 40€ payment and a 50€ payment from ebay. The limit was surpassed. I believe not having the option to agree to surpass this free limit is a big hole on the implementation, and the terrible understanding of the support team was a tremendous let down for us. i would greatly recommend not trusting their recommendations. they also didnt take acountability from their mistake.

This App is for IMPORTING FROM AMAZON TO SHOPIFY...NOT SENDING FROM SHOPIFY TO AMAZON I WASTED 4 HOURS OF MY LIFE ON THIS. WRITE WHAT THE PRODUCT DOES!

USELESS! Etsy orders are imported with WRONG price for the discount, it just uses a random discount number instead of the actual discount number that was given on Etsy for every order. I've contacted their customer support over a month ago and they keep on ignoring me and say they are working on it. This addon is completely useless if it's importing wrong order prices. FIX THIS ISSUE AND STOP IGNORING ME

After working with many apps for years on Shopify for marketplaces, I can award this app for the MOST RELAXED ONE ever! For real, you know we have been fufilling the orders from our side on Shopify, then as we are cancelled/suspended due to NOT SHIPPING ORDERS. Thanks to these guys as they say "SLOW API OF WALMART" has not been retrieving our tracking numbers to Walmart, it is really funny when they are the ONLY APP THAT HAS THIS ISSUE! Anyways, I don't recommend this app. It is cheap though with all the marketplaces etc, I wouldn't call the app worst one, but they're not on the brighest side either. UPDATE: After 3 weeks of asking for the fix of the order syncing, they are still telling us their "developers" are working on the problem. They, again, tell us that there is still a complexity of the Walmart API. We've been told that our problem is "high priority", but as we understand from this 3 weeks is not that long a time. Also we asked their log to send Walmart/submit a ticket, because we've been told before the problem is "slow Walmart API", yet this request not answered yet.

As a merchant focusing on the German market, I found this app fundamentally unusable due to its severe limitations around tax handling. The platform from which it imports data (Etsy) does not include sales tax in its transaction reports, yet it collects the tax. This presents a significant issue for German merchants who are legally required to itemize sales tax on invoices. Unfortunately, this app lacks the functionality to import orders from Etsy to Shopify with a customizable tax rate, rendering it ineffective for managing financial compliance within the EU. The lack of attention to such a crucial aspect for European Union merchants is disappointing. Given the EU's complexity and strict tax regulations, this oversight can cause significant operational and legal challenges for merchants in the region. It's a glaring gap that cannot be overlooked, as compliance with tax regulations is not optional but a mandatory aspect of conducting business within the EU. While I understand the world is vast, and there are markets outside the EU, it's disheartening to see the developers overlook such a significant market segment. The EU may not be the largest market globally, but it's a critical one, with stringent regulations that cannot be ignored. This oversight limits the app's usability for a significant number of merchants who would otherwise benefit from its features. To the developers, I urge a reconsideration of the app's features to accommodate the needs of EU merchants, especially those in Germany. Addressing this issue not only expands your app's market reach but also demonstrates a commitment to supporting businesses in navigating the complex tax landscapes of their respective countries.

Vraiment deçu de cette app, pas en francais, interface pas lisible, j'ai mis etsy aucune possibilité d ajouts de tags ( et quand vous connaissez etsy vous savez bien l'importance des tags) et pour les categories pareil rien d'automatisé... Ensuite apres avoir supprimé etsy, je vais sur ebay et la pareil niveau categories l enfer, et le pire le templates qui lui est tout en anglais, surtout sur une boutique francaise la c'est al catastrophe total et impossible de le changer sauf comme dis en chat de payer un web dev qui va mofidier le code, bah voyons... tout ca pour perdre 1 mois de temps je vais cherchez une autre app car la je dis non .... je test meme pas amazon avec jvais me faire bannir lol

If this worked than I would leave a great review however since I'm having the hardest time just getting everything to link up without this nice "AUTH FAIL" message I keep getting. So, no I do not recommend, it's been a waste of my day because that's how long I've been trying to set this up, with the directions given. I'm over it and I just give up, I guess I won't be selling my merch on amazon through shopify smh.

The journey of listing on Amazon has presented its fair share of challenges. Recalling my experience with the earlier iteration of this application, formerly known as Codisto, which I utilized a few years ago to synchronize my secondary store with Amazon and eBay, the initial setup was remarkably user-friendly. The Codisto team, in that version, efficiently handled the configuration for my store, simplifying the entire process. The convenience of a straightforward setup, coupled with a manageable monthly fee, made for a seamless experience. Their proactive assistance during the platform setup was genuinely valued. However, in the current version, the hands-on assistance that was once available has been replaced by a redirection to an extensive documentation resource. This transition places a higher demand on users to possess an advanced level of expertise to navigate and execute the setup successfully. Notably, the product listings exhibit notable shortcomings, including missing product photos and variants that fail to sync appropriately. This results in a confusing array of mixed-up images, where pictures from one item may mistakenly appear in an entirely unrelated product listing—such as finding ring images in a cushion listing, creating a perplexing and less-than-ideal situation. Despite persistent efforts to understand and resolve these issues, the support received for other concerns has proven less fruitful. It appears that the support team may not be actively seeking new users, potentially hindering a smoother onboarding process. A more collaborative approach from the support team, providing assistance with the setup, could significantly contribute to user satisfaction and overall business success. Streamlining the setup process has the potential to increase user adoption, fostering a more prosperous ecosystem where successful businesses generate better income, ultimately leading to the app's success.

We've come across a critical error with Amazon listings that the team here is having issues identifying and resolving. They have acknowledged the issues in their software. They are actively working on it, but the last issue we reported has gone unresolved after 2 months. We are starting to question the technical aptitude of the team, but if something changes, we will update this review.

This app SUCKS. When clicking install, goes NOWHERE and the page is blank. Tried 3 different browsers and still nothing! FIX your app or REMOVE IT from the Shopify app store!

Don't recommend. Tried connecting to a medium size ebay store and had several issues. The app was very slow to load. Product with variants wouldn't import from the ebay account with their full variant codes. I wanted to make no live changes to my ebay listings while I was getting this set up and turned off all syncing options, I told support this when I contacted them about the bug with the sku codes not showing up correctly. The agent that had no understanding of what the issue was, went round in circles about it and eventually deleted a listing without asking for permission first. Horrible experience. I had to spend several hours fixing the issues the agent caused on my ebay store. I deleted this app after that.

This is the worst app I have ever used. The Etsy connecting is mapping discontinued products and keeps listing them on Etsy. I cannot find any way to stop this from happening. I delete them, they come back. Uninstalling the whole thing. It is unusable.

DO NOT SWITCH FROM LEGACY CODISTO! It has been nothing but trouble for us for switching to 'new' Marketplace Connect. eBay integration is broken and will not allow you to sync your existing catalogue. I expected better features and support now that Shopify took over Codisto. It is however, downgraded significantly in both areas. The features no longer work. And the support is ridicule as the agents don't seem to have a clue.
