Very good concept we can see what our visitors did in real time and it helps a lot to find where the visitors leave the website. The support is very kind and reactive !

I’m naturally very wary of apps, especially in ecommerce. So many promise the world and underdeliver. MIDA is the real deal. The onboarding was smooth, the data was clear and actionable, and the customer service has been outstanding. Within 24 hours we had enough meaningful insight to confidently make a change to our site, and that change turned into an order just a few hours later. That kind of speed and clarity is rare. Highly recommend.

We recently started using MIDA Replay Heatmaps, and it has completely changed the way we look at our website performance. Being able to watch real user sessions and see exactly where people click or drop off has helped us identify issues we didn’t even know existed.

As a free user of MIDA: Heatmap, Replay & Checkout, I’m honestly impressed. They gave me an extra 250 free recordings on top of the original 250, which I truly appreciate. They also excluded my IP from tracking while I’m on my own website — such a helpful feature! Customer support has been very nice and friendly, and they respond quickly. What I love most is being able to see what visitors are actually doing on my website. Watching the replays gives me real insight into their behavior and helps me understand how I can improve their experience. It’s been so helpful in figuring out what I can do better to turn visitors into buyers. Highly recommend, especially if you’re just starting out!

This App is what I was looking for to improve my conversion rate. Heatmaps and session replays are easy to use and give clear insights into where customers click, scroll, or get stuck. Setup was quick, performance is smooth, and the UI is clean inside Shopify. Definitely useful for improving conversions and spotting friction points. The Support is matching the excellence of a great App worth getting
