Excellent app features and support. Runs very smoothly and the data I'm now capturing is extremely helpful in diagnosing user problems and experience around the store.

Very useful app, i tried others similar but this is the best for recording sessions and use heatmaps. Customer service is fast and effective.

Started using the App few days ago but it has provided a lot of insights on how browsers navigate our website. We're looking forward to using these insights to improve sales conversions. The free version also provides quite a decent amount of recordings.

overall I like it. it lives up to the expectations. Still testing it but so far everything works fine now.

Excellent experience from day one. Hailey was extremely helpful, responsive, and proactive throughout the setup. The app looks great and is very data-driven compared to other replay/heatmap tools, with insights that are genuinely useful for improving conversions.

Mida has been a game changer for my store the session recordings and heatmaps provide incredibly clear insights into customer behavior. The setup was seamless, and their support team is exceptionally responsive whenever I have questions!

This is a really great app for visitor replays, thank you Mida. I can see what my customers click off at, what's wrong with my store, and I can see what the POV is like from the customer looking at my store. Overall great app and customer service. Thank you to Chloe from customer support for helping me with my inquiry too.

I’ve been using this app for about two weeks now and love it so far. The heatmaps are clearer and better than the other app I used. Features like session replays and visitor tracking are helpful, providing extra insights beyond Shopify’s built-in analytics. The customer support team is excellent—they responded to my questions promptly and with detailed explanations. Overall, I recommend trying this app.

I believe this app is going to help my brand out a lot. Heatmap and replays will aid us in keeping an optimized site. Just got started but I love it already. Also, customer service is 100%. Erik assisted me and he was very knowledgable, patient and kind.
