La app es fácil de usar y los datos que ofrece son muy útiles para identificar tráfico sospechoso. Los mapas de calor son especialmente útiles para ver qué interesa a los futuros clientes y qué partes de la tienda mejorar para atraer más atención. El equipo de soporte siempre ha sido atento y ha ofrecido una buena atención. Aún hay algún punto técnico por resolver, pero la experiencia general es positiva y la recomiendo para proteger tu tienda.

MIDA is easily one of the best apps we’ve added to our Shopify store. It’s super easy to set up! The interface is clean, intuitive. I highly recommend giving MIDA a try! Costumer service also very fast and helpful!!

I was starting to receive spam emails through my shop but the MIDA team helped me through getting the apps at up and I haven't had issues since. Thank you guys for teaching a newbie about this stuff.

This app is great so far

I have not had a chance to extensively test this app, but what I have seen so far has been impressive. We are a small store and recently experienced some unusual traffic. I look forward to being able to see what customers are doing on the site and to know where they are coming from. This app is a great tool that allows me to easily accomplish this. Thank you!
