Amazing app and easy to use. Another thing I love is that it's free to use. I found it really useful when I first started running ads and I wanted to see how visitors we're interacting with my store. From that I was able to make adjustments and improve! I don't usually leave reviews but when it comes to how helpful this app has been, I had too. 100% Recommended!

We've been using this app to track user behavior and session recordings, and it's been a game changer. The ability to watch real user sessions gave us deep insights into how customers navigate our site, where they hesitate, and exactly where they drop off during checkout. Thanks to these insights, we discovered multiple patterns and key pain points that we would have otherwise missed. I do like the idea of this app. It has helped me identify possible improvements to my site. Excluding IP addresses from the recording has proven to be a cumbersome process.

I've been using this tool for most of my shops and recommend it to others. It's incredibly informative and useful, especially the session replays, which give great insight into user behavior. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I occasionally encounter bugs in the replay feature. That said, overall it's a very solid and valuable tool.
