I'm very impressed with the record, other heat map tools i've used are all janky and are just a bunch of screenshots stitched together. Thi is more like a recording. Really cool. I can see a lot of use cases for this app.

I've been using this app to check my customers journey around my website and to recognise any issues or lack of information. This app helped me a lot, as I was able to see which pages need a bit more focus and what's user behaviour. Contact with the team is great, answering questions and replying promptly. I highly recommend this app.

Its honestly game changing. I realized one of my products was getting more attention by being able to track the cursor movements of the customer. Also noticed how long people would stay on my shop as well and could adjust the layout accordingly. MIDA is the bee's knees <3
