Mida Heatmap is a great app, but what really made the difference for me was the support from Chloe. She went above and beyond to guide me through setup and explain how to actually use the data to improve my store. Everything was clear, friendly, and fast — I felt supported the whole way. Having someone who really understands both the tool and ecommerce is a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Love how easy it was to set up and start seeing exactly how visitors move through my store. The heatmaps and session replays helped me spot where shoppers were getting stuck and make quick improvements. Great support and super helpful insights, highly recommended!

Well, as a long time developer myself, this app feels like magic, and makes me wonder how they do it. The replays works wonderfully the tagging by relevance is very well executed. The pricing and features feels a bit game-y tough, I would simplify it.

Great support that take your feedback and direct it to their team. Made a few changes thanks to MIDA via the screen recordings, I can see what painpoints or difficulty that users take without my pre-known knowledge. The heatmaps are effective and work great on your most popular pages for improvement.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the MIDA Heatmap. As a retailer new to having my own site and trying to do my own marketing and promotional work, it's VERY effective at helping correlate the effectiveness of ads and social media posts with whether visitors are engaging with products on the site or if they're leaving right away. The controls are easy to use, and it doesn't slow down the loading speed of my page. Definitely recommend!
