THIS APP IS FABULOUS!!! I tried a half dozen different free gift/upsell apps and none of them worked the way I needed, plus they were clunky and un-polished. This one does EXACTLY what I need in terms of handling Shopify discounts, allowing selection of free gifts, etc. And it knows to check whether people apply discounts or remove items so that the cart value falls below the free gift threshold. And I love that just about every element of the UI can be customized easily without css. Super useful. Fonts, colors, outlines, corner rounding, text, etc. can all be changed through the UI; and most elements can be easily hidden too. Finally, the customer support was fabulous, fast, and knowledgeable. They jumped right in to help me figure out the source of my problem - and were able to quickly identify the issue stemmed from a font incompatibility with my theme. I've tested the app on all the major browsers and all work fine as far as I can tell so far. Overall, two thumbs up and 5 stars for Monster Cart Upsell!

Great ability to customize to store colours and easy set up. 4 stars because I spoke with an advisor (they were super quick and wonderful) but the app limitation is that if you add a free gift with variants and provide the inventory amount with that variant, monster cart doesn't track that. So during a huge sale period you have to manually track how many free gifts have sold out of your available stock and then delete that product variant. This is going to be difficult for me as a small business during Black Friday with keeping an eye on the stock levels to have to remove the variant once it is sold out and make sure customer's aren't inconvenienced by adding the free gift to cart and then it actually being sold out. I was told this applies to any free gift, not just those with variants.

Great app! Team and service is particularly amazing. Super helpful and responsive. Few features missing here and there but when we come to road blocks the team listens and helps with solutions.

There was a bug on the cart page of the website, there were always customers skipping the Monster cart to buy our freebies, after feeding the problem back to the technical team we both got stuck in a loop, maybe there was something wrong with my description and customer service interpreted my problem as something else, but soon we caught the key bug and within four hours my problem was solved, thanks for this fast service.

This app is one of the best apps around - the ability it offers to customise according to your theme and there support is just as suburb! If you need a GWP app - this is the only app you need. Highly Recommend.

I've only just started using this App, but the support has been amazing. Angelica clarified the app didn't have a specific feature I was after, but she was quick to send me a support article to understand other methods of applying bulk discounts that were compatible with Monster. Thank you!

AMAZING! We've had a great experience with this app. We've been using it over a year, and recently had a crazy little bug. We reached out to customer service and they solved within 15 MINUTES! Amazing! We're just a small business and it's so amazing to have a company treat us so well. Would definitely recommend! Customer service is amazing and it's contributed to about 20% of our ecommerce revenue in the last year. Great add on to do free gift.
