It’s pretty good. Can make a professional design which is highly customisable. Really recommend to anyone who has started making a few sales and needs good upsells. Support also responds quickly, and fixes the issue quickly.

We have been using this app for some time now, and have seen incredible results with upsells. The conversion rate has improved the most, meaning, customers are finding the app layout super easy to use, so that's a win for us. The customer support team has always been there when you need them too.

Only just started using Monster upsell. The live chat service was extremely fast and helpful. I found it hard to believe that I was speaking to a real person because the response and help was so quick. I have a quick add to cart button on my page and it wasnt showing the monster cart slider when clicked from a collection page so the team are accessing my store to fix that.

Amazing amazing amazing customer service! Fairly speaking, I love the cart, so start to use on my store, some tech issues happened they fixed very fast for me and customer service is just amazing....

Response was extremely quick and the beauty behind Monster is the ability to create the upsell, cart, and checkout according to brand. The team completely built out our first campaign in minutes. Great experience!

This is the worst app! It was recommended by a team that's helping me with the website, the cart was changed to this one before Black Friday, the app works for certain people but for others don't. We got complaints from clients that couldn't add items to cart and when we test some of us could, some of us couldn't and this happened in the busiest time of the year. DO NOT USE!
Sorry to hear this!!!! 😅 We were in 1000% help mode throughout this period to help with any theme, App incompatibility or cart issues anyone might have. Looking back i couldn't see any messages from your team. Unfortunately it's hard to pinpoint exactly what may have happened without getting to do a deeper dive. Sometimes there can be issues with conflicting themes, carts and other apps that we can't solve without investigating further. I have reached out two separate times through the online chat inside the app and both times I received excellent service. They listened to the kind of campaign I needed and built it for me when I was struggling, and now are there for assistance when I get stuck. It gives me great confidence in using the app. Plus, it's the only one of about 7 free gift apps in Shopify that I tried that did exactly what I wanted it to do.
