Only took a few minutes to get the app up and running. Super intuitive, very customizable and exactly what I was looking for. Had one minor checkout thing I needed support for and Charlene was really quick about getting back to me and fixed it right away. Thank you!

We've been in touch quite regularly with support since installing this app. Charlene has been incredibly responsive, and has helped with some of our teething issues, and some queries we've had so far. Currently the app is functioning well, and we're looking forward to seeing what it can generate for us.

Amazing cart, does what it says on the tin. Really useful features. Super well done. Where this app is let down, from my experience just now, is its lack of developer environments. Meaning that, if you seek changes made by the developer, they cannot preview their changes unless they activate the feature on your live theme. For example, I enabled the Sticky Cart, which basically didn't work at all. It didn't appear at the right time in the scroll, and when it did appear, it would appear at the top of the page, blocking our navigation menu. I sought help from their customer service, and the developer had kept the erroneous sticky cart enabled on my live theme while trying to make the fixes. This meant that the faulty sticky cart has blocked customers from navigating our store. The developer also wasn't able to fix the issue properly, and kept the sticky cart live without checking overnight, so there was 1 night of customers who weren't able to navigate our store once reaching the product page due to the frozen sticky cart. Had a lot of drop-offs. I had purposefully kept the sticky cart turned off, knowing it had issues, but the developer continuously turned it back on. This specific concern may not be the fault of the developer, but more of the lack of "preview" environment of this app. Anyways, I will probably give up on the Sticky Cart and seek another app for it. I will probably get a reply that the sticky cart feature depends on theme to theme, and every theme is built differently. I get that, it's just that the correction of this wasn't handled properly. Overall, really happy with the Main cart, but terribly disappointed in the process of getting the sticky cart to work.

Unfortunately, we have never been asked to add a dev environment for sticky-cart as it works perfectly for most stores out of the box. However.... we are definitely going to do our best to make all your upsell dreams come true over time!!! This is a great idea to add to our roadmap 🥰🥰🥰

Great App has helped add extra cashflow through my business. the upsell as checkout as been very successful for me just keep it under $10 and the free shipping visual at checkout is also great. Highly recommend. Customer support is prompt in responding when needed.

Worst support we've received from any app provider over the past five years we've been on Shopify. The app was breaking our 'Add to Cart' button so that when it was clicked, nothing would happen. It would take quite a few clicks at times to add an item to the cart, and even then our old cart would load, not the MonsterUpsell version. I sent a screen sharing video to support regarding the issue, and they said they'd get back to me in 24-48 hours. 48 hours past, so I followed up to see what the status was. Here's the response I received, "Our dev team and even the head dev already checked the issue and tried their best to make our app work in your store. But unfortunately, we can't support your theme and therefore we can't do anything from our end." Disappointing for sure, but I was understanding, until I went to uninstall the app, and saw that the dev team chose to leave the app enabled on our LIVE theme when they knew it was breaking our 'Add to Cart' button. First of all, they should have been testing the app on a backup theme that was not published/live, and second of all, they should have immediately disabled the app once they confirmed they couldn't fix the issue. That's just basic, developer 101 type of stuff. It just shows how little they care about their customers. I'll be finding another in-cart upsell app, and I recommend you do the same.

(see past reviews) Trust me - it kills us to hear this kind of feedback. 😅 -- Yes totallllllyyy agree... Testing on backup themes is our normal standard operating procedure. I'll be chasing down how and why this situation played out. -- As for compatibility... Unfortunately yes... your theme clashes with the loading of our app. This is a rare situation. We had our main devs on it for 2 days straight and couldn't solve it. Sorry - wish I had a better answer here. 🥲🥲

I had this app downloaded for a loooong time, finally took the time to set it up and I WIIISSSSHHHH I set it up sooner as it is unreal! It is soooo fast and quick, probably the fastest smoothest app i have worked with and genuinely makes our store look like its had 10x the amount spent building it. Huge shoutout to "Charlene" in particularly who has helped me more than any other support from another app. Should out to other team members and the dev there too as all have been great, "Shada" also has helped me many nights so bg shout out to her. Overall amazing i think i have asked "Charlene" a million questions and every time she has been hugely enthusiastic to help! 10/10 100% recommend!

I installed this app to offer free gifts with purchase.... There's was an issue with the free gift products showing up in auto collections...The app's solution to was to set the conditions to "all conditions". However, that's wasn't how many of our collections functioned. I had to change things (complicate them) in order to make this app work in my store. Other than that, the app works well and is fairly straightforward. Also, the customer service is pretty good, although the response times could be quicker.

Hi team. 99% of stores can use the simple solutions we provide. We have also created the backup solution you referenced (Hard redirect anyone .. just in case it's needed). However - you have found the 1 limit of Shopify collections we cannot control. When a store uses the "Any condition" for auto collections Shopify has no option to hide specific products. We haven't had a single store bring this up yet as this filter option is rarely used. An alternative for your store would be to find a solution that uses discount codes or draft checkout. However I would normally advise against this as you will have other limitations. (Ie. multicurrency checkout, multi-discount codes, no coupons) I wish I had a better answer for you here. But this is what Shopify gives us to work with. -------- As for store search It can be hidden using metafields - we have step by step FAQ videos for how to do this. https://monsterapps.crisp.help/en/article/hide-products-from-search-free-gift-one-tick-upsells-v76uml/ ------- Lastly Just wanted to push back on this a little.... "only part of this app that seems to work for our store is the "upsell in the cart" function. Upselling is the most popular function of the app 🥰 Most stores download us to increase their AOV. The best cart & team. I've been using since Feb '23 and the cart has been one of our best performing apps, and we have loved seeing it get even better over time, the team is continually making it better & better. Works well with cart upsells and gift with purchase gamification. We recently did a our biggest sale ever, a planned 30 minute "frenzy", the app worked seamlessly during the busy period. The team are extremely helpful, have worked with our developers whenever we needed to integrate some custom code on our end to the app, and always there if there's any hiccups. Highly recommended

Amazing app and service! I set the app up a few days ago in order to increase AOV. Their design and layout is top notch. Very logical UI too. I also appreciate the free revenue boosting course they offer. Big shoutout to Charlene for her help today as well. I needed some assistance getting my offer to work, buy three and get a free gift. She was incredibly helpful. Great app for increasing AOV and they completely stand behind what they offer!
