The Monstercart upsell app looks amazing. I'm currently still going through setup, and have had an incredible experience with support helping me through some of my initial setup already.

Excellent experience with customer service team (Angelica in particular). Responses are always prompt and they've been very helpful in getting the cart to show on our site!

Very helpful customer service, they helped me 2 separate times in 2 days both times they solved the issues in no time at all. The first was integrating the Shopify cart to monster as the shop cart icon to avoid confusion and the second was helping resolve an issue with my gift tiers. Thanks team!

This app works well for computers but it makes looking at the store on a phone to busy and it takes up too much real estate. Customers found it confusing on their phones.

I've always had such an amazing experience with Monster Upsell. The customer service team are swift with their replies and so helpful. Charlene is fabulous. A super easy app to integrate into your store. Highly recommend

Angelica was very helpful in troubleshooting and fixing up the issue when we had trouble setting up the free gift offer. Response time is very quick and she was able to get it sorted in no time.

Customer service does not answer or help me with my issue.
Hey there... I'm not sure why our response emails have not have reached you. I see you are asking for us to remove a pop-up on your store. Unfortunately we do not have any pop-ups that are added to stores through our apps. When you remove our app.. everything will be removed the app does. The pop-up you have on store may be controlled by an email app installed or potentially something setup within shopify. Your original question: "I have deleted your app from my store but it still keeps the pop up in my home page and I cannot find where to delete it. I need assistance here, how can I get it away? A third party consultant installed the app and made the pop-up which I am not satisfied as it is not representing my brand."

Looks cool but I kept experiencing huge delays between clicking the cart or adding a product and the cart actually opening. Chatted with customer service twice but they said it was functioning normally. Also ran into issues where items would not add to the cart. Had to stop using it. Not sure if it was my theme because other people seem to have a good experience with this app.

A great app for managing your carts with specials such as free gifts, discounts and campaigns. Their support channel is usually quick to reply and the team is very friendly and eager to help

So far we're loving it! We had a minor issue with a gift with purchase promotion we were running but the issue was swiftly resolved by the customer service team and our campaign was up and running asap.
