I love this app! So user-friendly and staff are always available to help which is a HUGE bonus for me as I'm not very tech-savy so I'm always needing help! :) The staff are wonderful and the app itself has help generate extra income for my business! We're planning a big sale soon and I can't wait to play around with all their features to scale my average order value even more! If you're looking for an app to help you increase your AOV then this is it!

Love this app so far! It is fairly easy to use, and the instructional videos are useful. Support was super fast to reply and rectify what i needed changed.

Angelica has been amazing! Requests for assistance has been very quick and extremely helpful when I needed assistance. Monster Cart - great app to upsell your store, create one tick upsells, free gifts, product recommendations and bulk discounts. Thank you Monster Cart Team, our cart not only looks awesome, but is easy to use for the customer!

We've just picked up Monster Cart after using Rebuy. It has everything we need in a cart upsell app (nothing we don't), far more affordable, better setup and customizability aaaand GREAT SUPPORT! Big thanks to you and the team! We'll be rolling this out across our 8 other stores for sure.

Amazing customer service. I've had this app for years and its increased my AOV significantly. The owner of the app even has a FB group where he answers all questions, he helped me out of hour once and it was a lifesaver. Thanks for the great app

We're looking at switching apps. This cart plugin has given away way too much for free to our customers. For example, if we have discount codes created in shopify and we have our monster cart setup to give a free gift if you spend $79, it's calculating the RRP and then giving the free item (worth $35) even after the client has used a 40% off code which brings their ACTUAL cart total down to $47.40 (not $79) but monster cart is still allowing them to get the $35 free gift. We now have to honour this and have lost out hugely on this. Their support is almost non-existent and I have had to work most of my issues out on my own because I get back emails saying things like "that's unfortunately not a feature we have", even though I've (in some cases) figured out a way around it myself.

We switched from Rebuy to Monster Cart and have not looked back. The team are always very quick to respond on chat, and a shout out to Angelica who was lovely to deal with.

It's a great app, but we have had an issue where customers can purchase a free gift outside of the cart upsell parameters. I was told this was being looked into then heard nothing in over a week. Slightly concerning.

The app is alright but it lack feature. Like they just enabled the subscription feature in cart, considering most brand do free shipping for subscription order they only have free shipping unlock for AOV no subscription and their support is terrible they take forever to reply in all honesty I am looking to switch to another app.
Ty here one of thee founders š„° We just released this new feature. Its functionality is perfect for the 1000's of brands using it... however yes.. would be great to add this extra functionality requested. (To my knowledge - this is the first time its been asked for) I apologise for the team thinking they could try to make it work for you specifically. We always try our best to make things work for stores however ... we should have stated this was outside of the scope of the product. Unfortuantely we couldn't deliver the solution wanted without rebuilding certain parts of the app. We will be adding this to our roadmap in the future - All the best.

App works really well. We are able to give our customers extra offers and free gifts at check out as well as notify them of other deal. Their service has been EXCELLENT. We changed to a new theme and it was clashing with the app. The team was about to fix the issue for us in a promote manner. Totally recommend with app.

Decent app - worked for us for a while - but their customer support is really the worst. Sarcastic comments while the client is frustrated. If you are a brand in India do not use the app as there are a lot of compatibility issues. 0 help from the support team.

I wanted to test the app during the Black Friday promo : one month free trial. I've been charged after 10 days. I've contacted the support several times, nobody follows up on my several emails, and nobody is answering since I've asked for a refund. Unacceptable.
Legend! Ty here - one of the founders... I tried shooting you an email! OFC we refunded the second we could see it on our end š Would be silly if we didn't. Unfortunately - as the team said in other emails... it takes a little while for Shopify billing to show up so that the refund button on their system appears. š I hope you crushed your Q4!
