I received a clear and easy-to-follow video that explained where I went wrong with the setup and the extra features I was missing. Sometimes, we are so busy uploading these apps, and the good ones with great customer service stand out from the rest! I'm looking forward to seeing the AOV rise thanks to such a great app! Brilliant.

awesome app so far. had many conversions just by using the free gift feature. the layout, the colours, the optional extras like confetti when the customer meets the cart goal etc etc - love the app. i had a little issue today and got in contact with support and charlene answered almost immediatley and was super super polite and friendly. personally one of the best upsell apps on the shopify app store easily.

An excellent application that helps me significantly increase the volume of sales and conversion rates on the site! There are all kinds of things that I had difficulty with and I needed an adjustment, the professional and development team helped me quickly and everything for my requested and individual needs :)

It's a decent application but some sections of the Cart Drawer have very limited options to customise. There is no option to modify the width of the Cart Drawer. Support seems to be non-existent and therefore we may need to uninstall it. $36.99 for only 500 orders? Ouch.

As for cart width... our team can easily customize this for you. As for pricing our value should easil exceed the cost within those 500 orders. We get a lot of customers ask why we are so cheap for what we do. Always appreciate the feedback though. Literally does the work of 4 other aps I was paying for PLUS a bunch of extra stuff! Had a small hiccup setting up and and was resolved in minutes- excellent service and super user friendly- highly recommend!

this entire app does not work super hard to customize my customers click add to cart and it takes them to the homepage then the add to cart pops up then when you try and click the terrible looking upsell it doesnt even work support isnt online during normal USA working hours I heard great things about this platform but overall experience has been terrible. I get things happen with these apps but when you are not even available to respond during normal working hours? Thats insane. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Looking through records - I see team responded to your message within 6 minutes. I'm sorry if you expected it to be faster. Support is sometimes working with multiple stores and gets to you as soon as possible. If you would give us a chance we'd love to help get your app up and running perfectly. (Also.. just wanted to bring to your attention... your store may have recently been hacked. I can see a different site appear when clicking your URL. Awesome App, very easy to use and the assistance is quick and very detailed. Charlene was super helpful, even pointed out issues within the store I missed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
