I love this app!
Ty here - one of the founders 🥰 Appreciate the nice things said in email about Monster Cart on both your stores.... This review definitely doesn't reflect the standard of support experience we strive for daily! Communication was lost in email. We are sorry about this! App has some good features, but doesn't integrate with Route, which I need for BF. The customer service was lovely, but I'll now have uninstall it so that I can make sure my integration with other apps are working properly.
Feel free to install our ShipProtect shipping protection app that’s 100% compatible 😁 unfortunately route didn’t allow us to integrate with them. You will earn 100% of the premiums too when using our app. Reach out to us if you would like some help setting this up. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

So far it's been a great experience with Monster Cart. The App is easy to set up, and has heaps of options to customize. Support staff are on hand with very fast response times, Angelica has been super helpful with answers to any questions I had!

Careless devs broke my store during a sale. It's a shame. Support didn't care.

Finally! ... been searching for an app that will let us have a tiered progress bar with people able to choose their gift at the different tiers. A couple of question on the install and immediately answered by the support team! Really great service!

On the trial version right now and the support team is AMAZING. They get back to you right away, and can do customizations if you need. 10/10 will let the trial run and pay for the app!
