Angelica helped us solve some issues with our app on two of our stores at the same time, she assisted in solving our issues which I have no doubt will increase our revenue the very next day as we have seen on our other projects. She very good and responsive to fix the issues I had. The second time around I raised a request and mid chat, Charlene decide just to take a long extended lunch break and stop replying mid conversation, shortly after that it was passed onto Dounya, I find never tries to solve anything and I get no where. Try to get Angelica if you can for support!

I'd like to give compliment to the agent, Angelica, who was being very prompt and helpful when I needed assistance. Monster Cart is also a great app to upsell your store, maybe there's bits and pieces that we need to look more into so we can maximise the use of it. A lot of glitches are there, and when you contact the customer care their response is really pathetic. You have to wait for 24 hour in order to get a proper response from the dev team. Considering the app cost I won't recommend this app to anyone else
Sorry we aren't compatible with the checkout system you wanted to use and this messed with your analytics. Unfortunately, this is a limitation Shopify puts on us. I can see you also had custom features you wanted live. Unfortunately, things can take a little longer for custom work and technical responses during Q4 inanity growth period. Understand your frustration there. In the end I'm glad to see you have chosen to continue with Monster cart. I hope you have a great end to the year! The team works tirelessly during these periods. I signed up for 2 Monster App Softwares to help my customer's Shopify Experience, as well as my company increase revenue and experience opportunities. I have built an out of the box store front that doesn't integrate automatically when you install and activate it... I sent a simple support request, correspondence was seamless, I gave permission on the back end for them to take a look, and less than 12 hours later, they embedded both apps, and got them running perfectly by the time I logged in the next morning! I'm still in my "30 Day Free Trial" of the apps (literally less than 24hours since I signed up), and I am already extremely impressed! 10/10 recommend!

This is the greatest cart upsell app you can ever buy! If you want to increase your sales install monster cart upsell. It has everything I needed in order to customize my cart. All for better pricing than all the other competitors. The support team was willing to help me solve all my issues. I thank them for all the help that they gave me. All of my questions and issues have been dealt with quickly and professionally. They always have a solution for every problem! Wha tmakes monster cart the best app is their integrations, cart customization, and great support team is what makes monster cart the best upsell you can get.

App has some good features, but doesn't integrate with Route, which I need for BF. The customer service was lovely, but I'll now have uninstall it so that I can make sure my integration with other apps are working properly.
Feel free to install our ShipProtect shipping protection app that’s 100% compatible 😁 unfortunately route didn’t allow us to integrate with them. You will earn 100% of the premiums too when using our app. Reach out to us if you would like some help setting this up. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The support is pretty fast to respond and effective. They try everything to assist you and solve your problems, offering different solutions to your problems if the app doesn't allow what you want. I really enjoy the app's features. It has everything that you need to advertise and market your offers. I'm really happy with it!

So far it's been a great experience with Monster Cart. The App is easy to set up, and has heaps of options to customize. Support staff are on hand with very fast response times, Angelica has been super helpful with answers to any questions I had!

Careless devs broke my store during a sale. It's a shame. Support didn't care.

App is working great so far! I was using three seperate apps to do the same job this one app does! The app works so seamlessly with shopify and the team are amazing the deal with if I have any questions they respond in the app chat within a few minutes. Highly recommend to any one wanting to get an all in one app for in cart upsells, announcement bar, sticky cart and so much more!
