I wanted to test the app during the Black Friday promo : one month free trial. I've been charged after 10 days. I've contacted the support several times, nobody follows up on my several emails, and nobody is answering since I've asked for a refund. Unacceptable.
Legend! Ty here - one of the founders... I tried shooting you an email! OFC we refunded the second we could see it on our end 😁 Would be silly if we didn't. Unfortunately - as the team said in other emails... it takes a little while for Shopify billing to show up so that the refund button on their system appears. 😅 I hope you crushed your Q4! Experience so far is good. I have seen an increase in cart conversions, think the goals free gift then free shipping helpls customer conversion. Customer service /help team have beeen great and easy to work with I do need to learn more about Monster Cart and other options available,
Seeing that the founder himself is involved in support shows the quality and experience of this application, which I'll be using on all my future stores, and which is all I needed to have a powerful checkout for conversion.
The app itself is amazing but the customer service is next level! Ty for the help! looking forward to using this app for a long time to come

Monster Cart has THE BEST customer support, it's super accessible, they're fast to respond, friendly, and efficient. So many great customisations in the app, too. We love Monster Cart :)
Super easy to install and set up! I had Monster Cart as a back-up plan in case my coded free GWP didn't work, and I'm so glad I had it handy. I was able to set this up in minutes ahead of our Black Friday sale, what a life saver! Couple of tweaks along the way, and customer support was super quick to respond and help out!
Monster Cart is always my go to for cart gamification. The support team is extremely helpful, always so nice and so quick to reply!!!
Best app I used for free gifts on shopify! Super customizable, also has an option for a sticky cart that holds the product image- other apps don't. The urgency text in the cart is BRILLIANT. 24/7 customer service from my experience so far!

It's been really good so far, support is great and a little bug was fixed quickly. So much functionality and always adding new features, plus excellent price. Very happy with this app, seems to have helped our conversion rate too!

Angelica helped us solve some issues with our app on two of our stores at the same time, she assisted in solving our issues which I have no doubt will increase our revenue the very next day as we have seen on our other projects. She very good and responsive to fix the issues I had. The second time around I raised a request and mid chat, Charlene decide just to take a long extended lunch break and stop replying mid conversation, shortly after that it was passed onto Dounya, I find never tries to solve anything and I get no where. Try to get Angelica if you can for support!

A lot of glitches are there, and when you contact the customer care their response is really pathetic. You have to wait for 24 hour in order to get a proper response from the dev team. Considering the app cost I won't recommend this app to anyone else
Sorry we aren't compatible with the checkout system you wanted to use and this messed with your analytics. Unfortunately, this is a limitation Shopify puts on us. I can see you also had custom features you wanted live. Unfortunately, things can take a little longer for custom work and technical responses during Q4 inanity growth period. Understand your frustration there. In the end I'm glad to see you have chosen to continue with Monster cart. I hope you have a great end to the year! The team works tirelessly during these periods.
