One of the things that convinced me to use this app was seeing the reviews from other people using it, so I'm happy to add mine to this list. While I think the UI is hard to use and clunky, I can say that Nitika's support and help has helped overcome those troubles. Every confusion I have, I log a support ticket for, and she always comes back and helps me figure out how to solve the problem or answer my question. For this reason alone, I would recommend this app to others interested in creating their own marketplace. There will be a lot of learning along the way, but having someone like Nitika to help makes all the difference.

Great app. Support have been a great help as well. You may need a little bit of time to get around how it works, but once you're up and running it's a fantastic tool to start your own multi-vendor set up.

Sorry guys, I have to be honest on here as I believe a lot of those reviews are extremely misleading and just want to prepare anyone who is about to go down this path as I wish I had been before I started. (Interestingly, nearly all these reviews have been written by sites that are now out of business- I have little doubt to why and do wonder if many are real?) The app is poor and the functionality is low. For the price they charge, I feel ripped off every time I access it. Everything is very 'backwards'. & seems it was made 10 years ago and not updated since. Out of 27 vendors, 27 of them (yes, all of them) couldn't get into their vendor panels. These are people who have been using ecommerce solutions for many years, myself included. Unfortunately, you don't really have a choice to use them or not if you want to set up a marketplace on Shopify so don't not do it because of this (as I am) but do be ready for some serious frustrations and many 'WHAT THE HELL?!' moments. It seems like it was thrown together by someone who has never used etsy or seen a functioning marketplace, ticking off the basics with little regard to practicality and the people involved In using the app on both ends. The help is good, I guess but questions are answered in dribs and drabs. Its taken me half a dozen emails sometimes to answer 1 very easy question and instead of finding solutions, it seems its a 'take it or leave it' scenario. Never been so bewildered in my life. By the way- expect to pay $65 a month if you have anything to ship and for basic things that you'd expect to be included like -contact seller and social media icons, expect to pay another $10-$15 so in essence you're looking at around $1000 a year for a very basic marketplace that you and all your vendors will have huge problems with. The payment process is also not automated nor can you use Shopify payments (why, when the payment process isn't automated anyway??) so another 1% shopify fees and then 2% ON TOP of your regular 2.9% PayPal fees just to transfer the money to your vendors using mass pay. Very odd. When Stripe offers an automated solution for marketplaces, it seems odd that other options havent been explored to assist in usability for their customers. I am expecting to have to spend a lot on marketing so I can keep my vendors on board, given the struggles they are each having with using it so just be prepared. It does work- don't get me wrong, just be prepared for anything but a 5 star rated app so you're not incredibly stupefied the whole way through. Sorry Nikita, I do think you're doing your best, just think its time for an honest review on here.

I normally do not write reviews, especially bad reviews. The Multi-vendor app itself is not bad its pretty easy to use and all functions seem to work well. But the support is HORRIBLE i have tried contacting support through their Contact form inside their app about Urgent matters. I have a store doing big numbers and vendors doing big numbers. Some stuff was not working properly and i needed help with it and I've tried contacting them twice and still NOTHING back. I am thinking of switching apps. I purchased an add on as well and it is not working properly

Great service from Neha. Despite the fact that the language and time-zone barrier are at times challenging, the support team of this app always does their best to assist with any problems quickly and efficiently. They are also willing to do customization. I think a live chat option would be a very nice add-on for the support team.

se o app funcionace com rapides seria o melhor dos 3 disponiveis no shopify , minha notra baixa se deve a lentidão do sistema, se o app funcionace com rapides ao cadastrar e editar produtos seria realmente a melhor app de ecomerce, tenho perdido alguns vendedores que desistem de cadasytrar tamanha é a lentidão para cadastrar e editar produtos, ja pedi suporte algumas x para melhorar a velocidade da app e estou aguardando esta melhora assim que melhorar isto sera o melhor app por enquanto somente uma extrela devido a lentidão quando melhorar esta lentidão com certeza farei uma nova revisão

So recently I put up a post about this app saying I paid and they never got back to me . I found out two days later that they don't work on the weekends . This is an amazing app really as I have been finding it super difficult to build what I want to build up until I found this Ap. They reply really fast on weekdays and will help you figure out the best way to achieve anything . For anyone thinking of building a marketplace on Shopify , please use this app . It's the very best and did I. Mention it is crazy affordable

Multi Vendor is the best marketplace i ever used. I have tried few multivendor products, but i figured out multivendor provides all the options that am looking for that fits my kid's marketplace platform Toyzor.com. I have tried other multi-vendor products, but i do not see profile page option in other products. I see very a nice professional profile page for sellers and my sellers are happy about it. Shipping configuration is well designed. Support team was very helpful and customized the product as per my requirement in a reasonable rate. And also delivery of customization is on-time . I always received a quick response about my concerns. I would also especially thank nitika srivastava to address my queries and get the deployments done on-time. I would highly recommend as a best product if you are looking for Multivendor platform.

If you are running or looking to run a marketplace, Multivendor Marketplace is your solution. We have a nontraditional business that requires our vendors to post their own rental equipment to our site. Our customers then book the rentals from our homepage. Multivendor is our solution to getting our vendors access to our site while allowing our customers to use a booking feature to get the items they want when they need it. I've had more than enough questions for this team during the ramp up of our company and Neha has been patient, helpful and encouraging at every step. You are able to do an average amount of free customization to meet your store's needs. Customer service for this team is pretty fast, but if you are a US based company, be mindful of the time lag as I believe this team is international. Best to email your questions early in the morning in hopes of getting a response by the afternoon. I would love for this team to get an online chat function as it would help decrease the lag time between needing help and getting it. The bright spot though is, you do actually get help from this team-- which is something you can't say about every Shopify app. In short, try the app. I think you'll love it.

This is the worst application I have ever seen! There is not function on this application that works. We have spent two months trying to get this application to work and the developer has done nothing to fix it despite promising to work on it. Where do I begin with the problems?! • The application is so slow that the vendors have refused to use it. • The import does not work at all so you have to import through Shopify and then import the products into the marketplace. • The vendor profiles will not load for over thirty seconds in most cases. • If you can get your products to load and the sorting function takes forever in the vendor dashboards. You can see how long it took to fail at importing just 10 products! This has cost my client money and vendors and here we are two weeks after a launch now looking to build an entire vendor system from scratch. This is low quality terrible work that should not be allowed on the Shopify system. I don’t know how this application got so many stars but trust me it is garbage. This has placed me in a terrible position with my client and now I am forced to keep working with this garbage application while we begin building an application that works.
