We sell high ticket jewelry items and we are impressed with NoFraud's professionalism and follow-through. When we need their assistance to follow-up on a potential fraudulent order with a customer purchase they are there to assist (and fast)! Extremely happy with NoFraud and recommend them highly!

Hi Karla, Aaron, Head of Customer Success here at NoFraud, tried giving you a call earlier to apologize on behalf of our team for a billing oversight, but it seems the number on file didn’t go through. We noticed that you removed your integration with us on November 4th, but unfortunately, it looks like we didn’t disable your account in time for billing to be disabled. To make things right, we’ve already asked our Accounting Team to issue a refund for the recent invoice payment and ensured your account is now fully disabled. Hands down the best fraud detection software that I've tried. They have saved me from the chargebacks that I was getting before. NoFraud is the most accurate app that I've used to date. The customer support is second to none, they are quick to respond and extremely helpful.

Definitely has been a big help with chargebacks. We were fighting a lot of failing chargebacks because the native defenses in Shopify weren't enough.

Without doubt the most valuable app we have installed. But beyond that is the support! Victor and his team have found custom solutions for us for three major issues we faced that are not directly related to fraud. For example blocking PO's boxes and more. They have earned out custom for years to come. End of story.

I have been using NoFraud for over a year on another platform and now that we are moving to Shopify, I am making sure we use it here as well. We used to research suspected fraud orders manually which is very time consuming and a bit risky. NoFraud does all that for us quickly and with a high acceptance rate (higher than other services we've tried). Customer service is always very responive as well. Finally, if you do a chargeback on an order they approve, they fight it for you and cover it! This app genuinely saves you time and money. Must have!

I've been using NoFraud for several years now. I've tried a few solutions and NoFraud is far superior to what is out there: they are the most accurate, reasonably priced and their support is fantastic. If you have any questions you can speak directly to a fraud analyst, which is a huge differentiator. 5 stars all around.

We switched over to no fraud a few months back. Since then we've seen a significant reduction in chargebacks as well as a boost in the number of orders being passed through. We're very happy with the product and the customer service that we've received!

I've been with NoFraud for 8+ years and had excellent results. Not one chargeback the entire time with them. It also has helped me save sales that I might have cancelled because it was unclear if it was a safe transaction so it pays for it's self. I recently move to Shopify and the fraud alerts have been helpful but not as thorough as with No Fraud. The 2 working together is the ideal combination.

We have been using NO Fraud for about 2 years now and not a single chargeback since for fraud! No Fraud support is quick, attentive and when it flags an order that we know shouldnt be, its updated within 24hrs through their manual verification process. Highly recommend working with them, as its saved our company 10s of thousands in fraud.

This app is highly unreliable for tracking fraudulent orders. It often approves fraudulent orders and its screening process lacks coherence. We've encountered numerous chargebacks from orders greenlit by them. Their lack of accountability is concerning—they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. It's puzzling how a company named "No Fraud" struggles to properly screen fraudulent orders.
Hi Chinecherem, Thank you for your review. We understand how frustrating it is to receive a chargeback, especially when you are actively working with fraud prevention software. While NoFraud is extremely effective in identifying and blocking fraudulent orders, there is no fraud solution that is 100% effective, including NoFraud. Some examples of orders we would greenlight but will result in a fraud chargeback are below: - A chargeback from a transaction that was made by the cardholder, yet the customer does not want to pay for the item and will submit a fraud chargeback. This is also known as friendly fraud. This is the main category of fraud chargebacks that we see. These types of chargebacks can usually be won with an effective dispute, and disputing all chargebacks is a service we currently offer. - First time fraudsters: The first time a fraudster commits fraud, they have a clean history and appear legitimate, especially when they are just starting out and do not act like a typical fraudster trying to cover their tracks. It is for this reason that one of the solutions we offer includes a chargeback guarantee, which would guarantee our decisions and reimburse you in the case you receive a chargeback. Many of our customers take advantage of this offering and appreciate that they never have to worry about friendly fraudsters, or hard to detect fraud that we may have missed. Unfortunately, your current package does not include the Chargeback Guarantee. We are sorry if this was confusing and we are committed to making it right. This app does not even work after installation. I keep getting this error when signing up for an account: You had some validation errors Phone Number is invalid There's not even any option to input a phone number during registration, so I can't even set up an account. What a waste of time

Our company has been using this app for over a year now. It helps us decide whether orders are fraudulent or not. It is much better than Shopifys system so catches order that Shopify themselves is not catching!

We've been long-time users of NoFraud and have generally been pleased with their services. Recently, we've observed some delays in support response times, which gave us a moment's pause. However, after communicating with their team, it seems that they are aware of the issue and have plans to improve their helpdesk system. We're optimistic that these changes will enhance our future interactions with them. Looking forward to a return to the quick and efficient support we've come to expect.
