We use Okendo for reviews, surveys, and referrals. Laura Gomez provided great support when we needed it. A much more user friendly and cost effective platform than other competitors.

We’ve been happy with Okendo since switching from another platform. The integration with Shopify and Klaviyo was seamless and made setup easy. Some flows could be better supported natively from klaviyo. The backend is intuitive—moderating reviews, managing questions, and using features have been smooth experiences. Customer support has always been fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success, and offering regular best-practice check-ins.I would recommend for anyone looking for a robust, customizable review solution that prioritizes both merchant and customer experience.

BEST REVIEW APP out there in terms of functionality and customer service. We switched from Stamped to Okendo, and ever since then our reviews have been much easier to manage. We’re also seeing more customers leaving reviews and engaging with them. 100% recommend! On top of that, they truly put a lot of effort into customer success.
