Ich war eine der frühen Kund:innen von Okendo – die App war damals noch ganz neu auf dem Markt, genauso wie meine eigene Marke. Für uns war es von Anfang an entscheidend, Bewertungen für unsere Produkte zu sammeln, um Vertrauen aufzubauen und Fahrt aufzunehmen. Okendo war dafür der perfekte Partner. Bis heute bin ich durchgehend zufrieden mit der App. Kürzlich hatte ich ein Support-Gespräch mit Laura, die mir ein paar sehr hilfreiche Einstellungen gezeigt hat – der Service ist wirklich erstklassig. Wir nutzen aktuell nur die Bewertungsfunktion und sind damit sehr zufrieden. Die App und der Support sind top und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Great customer service and have always been quick to reply and even give custom plans for our business use. Tons of app features. Only con I would say is that it is a little pricey with lots of paywalls but you get what you pay for.

The best onboarding I have experienced. Quick, simple and actually achieved what they said they would do. We changed from another review/loyalty platform, which I thought was going to be a major headache, particularly with loyalty points. To my surprise, the new program was created, all data imported and we were live within 3 weeks.

THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BY FAR IN A VERY LONG TIME. After it just didnt work out with another review app I have given it a last shot and tried Okendo. And straight away I had the same issue than before. Ratings and stars just wouldnt show up on all of the product pages. KAREN - who must be the most patient person ever!!! has been very quick in identifing the problem by checking it in my shop herself. She send looms on how to fix it and while she was at it solved a couple of other problems I had as well. So all in all WOW!!! She really made my day...it all works now and here is a super happy customer!!! 100% recommended!!!

Okendo is such a great platform. It allows us to keep track of all our reviews and they have a bunch of other cool features that makes engaging with our customers super smooth. Our Account Manager Amanda is great and super knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend Okendo!

If you are a new business starting out (like us) you must download and use Okendo. Reviews matter signficantly to other buyers and also to the business for feedback. The Okendo help support is great in case you are confused or need help with something. It easily integrates with Shopify. You can customize the reviews with your own branding. It is great!

We recently worked with Scott to migrate our Okendo reviews platform setup to our USA and EU stores, and the experience was outstanding. Scott handled the process incredibly fast, communicated clearly, and made what seemed like a daunting task feel seamless and straightforward. We’re super grateful for his support! The Okendo platform itself is excellent. It has everything we need in one place: reviews, post-purchase surveys, and quiz funnel. It’s the best reviews platform option out there in my opinion and i've tried many.

We have recently migrated our loyalty program over to Okendo and have been blown away with the support we have been given from the team. Scott and Alannah always went above and beyond with helping us build, migrate and launch our program and we simply couldn't have done it without them. They stepped us through the process, and contributed a lot of time and resources to ensure we were ready to go under our 2 week turnover. The Okendo app is incredibly more user friendly than our previous platform, Loyalty lion, and we have already seen developments in the backend, analytics and front end customisation since our launch and feel comforted about the speed of their developments and improvements.

I'm sure the app is great but the pricing information on the app page is deceiving. It says it's free for up to 50 orders per month and the only thing that changes in each pricing tier is the amount of orders per month. It's assumed that all features are included as the features listed are the same in every tier and it doesn't say otherwise. Once you install, however, and begin setting up, in order to have all the great features it boasts like quizzes, surveys, rewards/loyalty points, referrals, etc, you have to pay to add each one on. If you want everything it says it does (which assuming everyone does otherwise why would you have installed the app) it becomes like $139/month for up to 50 orders/month and jumps up from there for more orders. Very disappointing and such a waste of time. I never would have installed the app and integrated it into my store if I knew it was WAY out of my budget.
