We have had some technical issues with this app but they have now been resolved. Despite giving the app a four star rating, Paulo from tech support deserves a five star rating - very prompt, helpful, and courteous - we're very impressed!

Okendo's onboarding process is detail-oriented, and the feature I appreciate the most is the one-stop solution that offers loyalty programs, reviews, etc. It allows seamless integration while also gathering useful data from surveys. I would say this is one of the best review solutions for e-commerce.

Been very happy with Okendo since we started using it a couple years ago. It has way more capabilities for our complex product catalog than previous review apps we have used. I needed a custom on-site solution and Okendo's support was very helpful and got it done for me no problem in a timely manner. Thank you!

Okendo is the best review app!! I use the free version and there is a lot of customizable options and widgets you can use on your store. The customer service is also AMAZING! I have messaged them 3-4 times and every time they have resolved my question and/or fixed a problem I was having. Shout out to Juan, who has been such a huge help! I would 100% recommend them to any Shopify store looking for a review app.

We just launched our loyalty platform on Okendo and the support getting live has been great. Meriem from Okendo was really helpful answering all of our questions, troubleshooting issues, helping us configure the program and even working through some creative solutions around custom actions unique to our program. Would recommend!

Coming across from Yotpo, the Okendo platform has altogether been superior not just from a functionality stand point but also from a price perspective for what it offers. It is key that we work with a reliable reviews partner as these tools go a long way in building credibility & trust with our customers. It would be great if all their integrations available in the USA were also offered in Australia, but overall, I’d still give them a strong rating. Amanda has played a key role in keeping our account on track and ensuring we receive the necessary support. It's been a pretty seamless experience overall.

The reviews feature are alright but quite expensive. We give 1 star because every single time we have an issue the customer service cannot help. It is like it young children working with absolutely no knowledge about the products and with no will to help either. They do not listen, they do not read, and they do not help. They answer slow even on live-chat letting you wait as long as it takes until you leave the chat and then hits you with "are you still here" and "we have closed this ticket please contact us if you need more help". Every single time. They let you wait 10-30 minutes for each answer. This way they let you wait for hours with absolutely no shame until you are tired and leave. Then they close the ticket and mark it as 'solved' (: It is absolutely astonishing the incompetence we experience from the customer service every. single. time. Also it's not a onetime thing - it's at least 15-20 different customer service agents with the exact same behavior. We will now find another provider to handle reviews for us.

I would highly recommend Okendo as it has been a very useful supporter for me to help market my product, retent my customers, and help express customers' reviews in a efficient and clear way. The customer service team is very professional and helpful. I am receiving their support every day. For example, André who has been an amazing support advisor who is not only professional, but also can think from the customers' point of views to provide valuable advice.

Would always thank Okendo for the good assistance. Switched to different platform but eventually came back here. Migrating back is not that hard and they had assisted us. Also shout out to Paulo! - Jayne from The NJC Team
