Okendo is the best! Excellent in flow design and customer service. Special shout out to Karen and Adrian for the amazing customer support and professionalism. As a new comer to E commerce, I relied a lot on their knowledge and guidence. I can't thank them and the team enough.

Super happy with the app and with the Customer Support they have. Juan answered me in just a few minutes and helped me styling the review Carousel with CSS as if he was a real wizard. So happy. Thanks again Juan!

We've had Okendo for quite a bit now. Love all the features and the ability to customize the app to fit in flawlessly with the design of our website. Easy integration with our other digital marketing platforms. Laura has also been extremely helpful in providing insights into better utilizing the platform and gave recommendations to optimize for reviews.

Okendo has helped our website UI and UX. Good and fairly timely support available. Previously, Alannah, our on boarding person was great and very helpful and good at communitcation too. We've been using Okendo Reviews for over six years, and it has been an excellent experience. The platform is easy to use and set up, and whenever we need assistance, their customer care team is always there to help. Recently, we expanded our plan to include Loyalty, Referrals, and Quizzes, and the Okendo team did an AMAZING job! They handled everything—from project management and migration to design, launch support, and even fine-tuning the details post-launch. Their support has been outstanding every step of the way. We 100% recommend Okendo to any business looking for a powerful and reliable reviews and loyalty platform!

My onboarding with Brock was amazing, he went above and beyond to help me with my massive review uploads and always available to answer questions and connect me with the right person. would highly recommend asking for him for your onboarding process. Overall I think Okendo is very easy to use, there definitely is room for improvements with reporting but I have given feedback and I know they are being worked this year!

We have been with Okendo for some time now. The reviews product itself works flawlessly. The new products they continue to release are all a value add. 5-star customer service always, the team there really understand the landscape - SEO, Customer experience, all of the above.

Very good app, design features and functionality is impressive. Customer support is what keeps me around - Juan especially was awesome recently helping me fix an issue on my site (not directly related to the app) and providing insight into how I would be best setting up my product listings in correspondence to what I needed to achieve with reviews. Thanks guys, 5-stars.
