I was puzzled by the distorted display of my reviews, so I reached out to support and received a reply in just 3-5 minutes. Luigi was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved my issue. I highly recommend this app.

I wrote this review a few days ago and then hit delete. I figured I'd give Okendo the benefit of the doubt... Nothing has changed. This review is a reality based on my ongoing experience with Okendo. Onboarding with Okendo has been less than stellar. A process that I was told would be prioritized by the sales team has taken significantly longer than expected. There have been long delays and bugginess found in the platform that we've had challenges overcoming... The biggest hurdle working with Okendo is their responsiveness. Tickets are not handled in a timely manner. Emails are not responded to in a timely manner. I've had two onboarding reps and have seen the same lack of response from both. Okendo is the highest priced app that does what they do. You would expect them to back it with a high level of service and care. I haven't seen it. At this point I would not recommend anyone else go through the pain that I've gone through. It has not been a good experience. Sadly, we're in too deep and it would be challenging to pull out at this juncture a week before Black Friday.

This app has been a game-changer for my store! The features are top-notch and have made collecting and showcasing reviews so much easier. It’s been incredibly helpful for building trust with my customers. The customer service is also excellent—Paulo went above and beyond to assist me and ensure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to enhance their store!

This app is simple and powerful. It caters to all your store's needs plus the customer support was prompt and helpful. Paulo quickly addressed the issue that i didn't understand in under 5 minutes.

We've been using Okendo Reviews for over 2 years and have been using the Loyalty program for at least 6 months. Everything works well, has great integration with Shopify and support is very good. The support side is getting better. Seems that as new features are launched, the support team (sometimes) seems a little behind. But nothing has impeded the user experience for our customers. It's not cheap, but the return is well worth it. Adding in an additional comment. Thumbs up to Henry Thompson (Customer Support) ran us thru some additional tools and really great tweaks to Klaviyo that will enhance our review and loyalty program.

The app is so easy to use and learn. A lot of cool features are available which make our work easy. The meeting we'd with Laura was so much productive, Laura is objective and help us a lot to update some options in our online stores. A great help to get more reviews. She was awesome and shared a lot of useful information, also made sure to answer all of our questions and doubts.

Okendo looks great and covers all the bases. Beautiful review widgets, loyalty program, referral program, quizzes and surveys. It's convenient to have everything in one place and the customer service has been excellent.

Very robust system and great experience with their support team when questions have surfaced. They are quick to respond and extremely helpful which can be rare these days.

I've been using the app for a long time. I decided I wanted some change on my Review Widget and contact the support team through Chat. Daniel responded within minutes and got the new look setup within minutes! Awesome app
