Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

We have been with Okendo for some time now. The reviews product itself works flawlessly. The new products they continue to release are all a value add. 5-star customer service always, the team there really understand the landscape - SEO, Customer experience, all of the above.

Very good app, design features and functionality is impressive. Customer support is what keeps me around - Juan especially was awesome recently helping me fix an issue on my site (not directly related to the app) and providing insight into how I would be best setting up my product listings in correspondence to what I needed to achieve with reviews. Okendo's onboarding process is detail-oriented, and the feature I appreciate the most is the one-stop solution that offers loyalty programs, reviews, etc. It allows seamless integration while also gathering useful data from surveys. I would say this is one of the best review solutions for e-commerce.

Been very happy with Okendo since we started using it a couple years ago. It has way more capabilities for our complex product catalog than previous review apps we have used. Okendo is the best review app!! I use the free version and there is a lot of customizable options and widgets you can use on your store. The customer service is also AMAZING! I have messaged them 3-4 times and every time they have resolved my question and/or fixed a problem I was having. Shout out to Juan, who has been such a huge help! I would 100% recommend them to any Shopify store looking for a review app.
