This is my first experience with Okendo, though I've worked with various loyalty and review platforms over the years. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the platform and especially impressed by the support team. Unlike the typical ‘here’s the help doc’ approach I’ve encountered elsewhere, Juan in support went out of his way to answer my questions and personally walked me through the implementation steps I needed. Overall, I’m very pleased with Okendo, particularly with their support team.

The Okendo team has been super helpful with rolling out our review program. The tool is super customizable and our team was able to get it implemented with our website pretty easily. Laura has been very helpful.

The Okendo team has been excellent, very informative and supportive as we introduce new revenue-generating tools into our business and helping troubleshoot issues as they arise. Responses have been quick and informative.

Great Staff from the united states that care about their clients. what more do you want. plus their app generates more reviews than their competitors. are there some drawbacks. sure, but so far so good.

It's very expensive to do the reviews and loyalty features all together. I have installed it for a few weeks and now I'm uninstalling it as I found out I'll have to pay a lot of money that I don't have since I am just starting and I want to boost reviews and loyalty. I found dozens of other apps that give the same value for WAY less. Their price is tremendously unbelievable.

Great app! I've tried all the big review apps and Okendo is my absolute favourite. The layout and design on the storefront looks great, and the configuration is so clear and easy to use. I would love to be able to filter which orders to send reviews to, and maybe have the custom domain accessible on the Growth plan, but other than that, its an awesome app with great value. Customer support is also excellent.

We switched to Okendo to manage customer reviews a few months ago and have already noticed positive impact in the volume of reviews in addition to ease of managing reviews.
