I really enjoy this app so far. It's very easy to customize and use. I was able to upload reviews from another app using the Okendo template. When I had a problem with the star ratings appearing tiny on my product pages, Paulo from Okendo helped me quickly. I would recommend this review app to others.

Okendo was easy to set up and is intuitive to use. We've experienced seamless support from onboarding a almost 2 years ago to present day, where we are expanding past reviews and exploring other capabilities like loyalty. The team has also been helpful in giving optimization suggestions which are greatly appreciated.

Okendo allows our brand to bring everything together into 1 app. Their team is easy to work with and are always there to answer questions and help! I am really grateful for the Okendo customer service team. I caused them a lot of trouble since English is not my native language, but they were extremely patient in helping and assisting me, waiting for me to resolve my issues. Additionally, their plugin is really user-friendly and flexible. Compared to several other popular review plugins sold on Shopify, which I have all used, I can confidently say that Okendo's plugin is completely different. First, Okendo's customization options are stronger than those of other plugins. Second, the review page designed by Okendo makes users feel that the website is more professional (because their templates are incredibly powerful). Third, their customer service team's response efficiency is outstanding! Therefore, I sincerely recommend Okendo!

We were originally really excited to work with Okendo but so far our onboarding process has been disjointed, unorganized, and their team has been extremely unhelpful in helping resolve issues when we are 3 days away from launching. I've spent countless hours on their support chat with no one able to help and support and as a result we are extremely worried and wish we chose another platform.

Josh is great from Okendo, He helped us setup some advanced Klaviyo flows with custom triggers and helped us troubleshoot them when going live. Hes also helped with other settings across the products and is very responsive.

The app is very easy to learn and has a lot of cool features. Laura G just recently led a zoom updating us on reviews and what we could do to help get more reviews. She was awesome and made sure to answer all of our questions and more.

Wow, Okendo has probably the best support and free plan on shopify. An outstanding platform! Their customer service is exceptional—quick, super helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or issues. The support team consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly for us, and their prompt responses truly made a difference. Plus, the free plan lets you try all the most important functions without feeling restricted, which is a huge bonus. I highly recommend Okendo for anyone looking for a reliable reviews platform with fantastic customer support!

App works very well on several stores, support is top notch (especially Daniel- super fast response, knows the app & outside integrations), which is rare in my 9 years of running Shopify stores and admin'ing dozens of apps.

Okendo is incredibly user-friendly, and the customization options allowed us to tailor the review widgets to perfectly match our brand. The ability to include photos and videos has increased customer engagement and the support team is super responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. The Okendo review app is great, it allows for awesome UX which allows our customers to and prospective customers to filter by their unique needs. We're a sexual wellness business so the needs of our customers are unique, personal and sensitive. We appreciate the care and attention the Okendo team takes when working with us to develop the features and our customers derive real value out of being able to filter for their interest, experience level, life stage, medical diagnosis, identity need, or any other specificity. The customer service from Okendo has been great, their team always gets back to us quickly with responses as well.
