Got a 404 error after installing - app not visible/usable.

Excellent review app! The setup process was smooth, and the features are very easy to use. It integrates perfectly with our Shopify store and has improved customer engagement significantly. The support team is also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

The setup was straightforward, the widgets look clean and modern, and the app integrates seamlessly with Shopify and our existing workflows. Review collection is automated and customizable, which has helped us significantly increase both review volume and quality. Support has been responsive and knowledgeable whenever we’ve needed help. We’ve been a long-time Okendo customer and use it across two Shopify websites, and it’s been a fantastic platform for managing and displaying our reviews. The integration is seamless, the review displays look professional, and it’s helped us build strong social proof across both stores. The support team is also excellent — super helpful and fast to respond. A special thanks to Shiela, who was a great help when reviewing our plan and working with us to find a solution that suited our business. Really appreciated the transparency and flexibility. We’ve been longtime Okendo users and continue to stick with the platform because it just works—and works well. The UX/UI is intuitive, easy to navigate, and makes managing reviews feel simple instead of cumbersome. The on-site presentation is clean, flexible, and genuinely elevates the customer experience, which is a huge reason we’ve stayed with Okendo over time. What really sets Okendo apart, though, is the team. They’re consistently proactive about recommending new ways to better leverage the platform, not just answering questions when something breaks. Roy, Chase and Milagros have been especially fantastic partners—thoughtful, responsive, and clearly invested in helping us get the most value out of the product. While we rely on other tools for syndication, Okendo remains our go-to for on-site reviews because of its ease of use, strong merchandising impact, and the people behind it. Highly recommend.

Maybe the best platform we use in our stack. Reviews, Quizzes, Loyalty all work well, integrate easily and are a great value for the platform. My #1 recommended app.

We've had the pleasure of having Laura Gomez as my customer success rep. She was so helpful and got straight to the point in regard to what she thought our company could change to get the most out of our contract with Okendo (Reviews, Loyalty, and Referrals). It is great to have a supportive customer support team who is knowledgeable and helpful. We've used Okendo for about 7 months and have just recently been able to see all the features that they have that help provide customers the best rewards experience. The support from their tech team from onboarding to handling small issues that come up from time to time has also been seamless.
