Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Paulo from Okendo was SUPER FAST getting back to me. He spoke in words I can understand, and everything he guided me with WORKED! YAY! LOVE IT!

Using Okendo is a breeze, whether you use it as your main review-tool, or in combination with others. The flexibility, and customizability of the integrations as well as emails make it stand out against the competition!

Great app!!

It has been such a great experience working with Okendo and their team. Our CSM Kerry has been able to offer us great insights and suggestions along the way. Okendo offers a very hands-on team to help with implementation and set up of different features which is one of my favorite things about them! Okendo is one of those teams that is truly invested in the success of their products, but more importantly the success of your company! Would highly recommend.

Fees for the app are crazy!! ROI on it is minimal. Can get more features at a lower cost with other apps. The only advantage it has is all in one platform. Overall experience is rather poor. Wouldn't recommend. And to make it worse, they still charged me even when I cancelled.

Extremely happy with the service I received from Paulo, I used to use a different review platform and I downloaded Okendo just to have a look and ask a couple questions. I ended up speaking to Paulo and his attention to detail, quick/informative responses and his product knowledge made switching over to Okendo a no brainer. Easy to set up and integrates well with Shopify. The review collection works smoothly and the support team has been responsive. Helpful tool for building customer trust.

Using the app is made easy with the super helpful team members who are readily available to assist with all aspects of the app installation and running. No question is too big or small and their response time is excellent. I highly recommend this product.

We've been using Okendo for over 3 years and have had a great experience. Their support team responds in a timely manner and are very helpful when we have questions or need support. Our new customer success manager, Andre Saldanha, is awesome and has been really helpful in ensuring we're using the tool to its fullest extent. We get most of our reviews from Bazaarvoice, so I would love to see them add an integration that uploads those reviews automatically rather than exporting using an Okendo specific template. Other than that, really intuitive and easy to use platform.

We have had such a great experience with Okendo! Our favorite is reviews and how easy it is to manage, navigate and receive reporting. Wonderful and kind team (especially Kelsey!) who is always there to help and problem solve alongside you.
