Josh was absolutely amazing to work with. He spent a significant amount of time helping us design and implement a brand-new waterfall-style review layout, and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand our requirements, iterated with us multiple times, and helped troubleshoot every detail until everything worked perfectly. His responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference for our team. Really grateful for all the effort and support — thank you so much, Josh!

Okendo's surveys have been incredibly valuable for our marketing strategy. We're able to gather real customer insights like what they need, what they like, and what they want us to create next, and use that data to build highly targeted campaigns. The platform is super easy to use, which makes deploying surveys and analyzing responses seamless. Our reps are always so helpful, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform.

I just met with Laura and had a great experience. She was extremely knowledgeable and very informative about Okendo’s options and products. The conversation was clear, helpful, and educational, and I walked away with a much better understanding of how to use the platform effectively. Laura did a great job connecting our needs with what Okendo offers, and the session felt collaborative rather than sales-driven. Highly recommend working with her.

I use Okendo for gathering reviews and providing social proof. The ease of use on the backend and product grouping for bundles are standout features. I value the reviews groupings and email incentives via Klaviyo flow. I wish for syndication with Power Reviews for retail. I switched from Yotpo due to cost, and setup was easy. I give Okendo a score of 10 for recommendations. I like Okendo because of its ease of use on the backend, making it simple to navigate and manage tasks efficiently. I also appreciate the grouping of products for reviews for bundles, which streamlines the process. The ability to send people reviews via email with an incentive through Klaviyo flow is another feature I find valuable. Additionally, the initial setup of Okendo was easy, which was a great start.

They have great support. If you need help with anything, they will help you very fast. The reviews also are displayed very well!

The platform is very intuitive and organized. It has allowed us to train our teams on how to manage and respond to reviews and questions to give the best possible support to our customers. Highly recommend.

Okendo’s customer support is essentially “here are the docs, good luck.” After almost a year as a paying customer, I contacted support because their Klaviyo review integration wasn’t working despite following the guides. Support confirmed there are no additional setup steps, no hands‑on troubleshooting, and no 1:1 help on my plan, only links back to documentation and group webinars. If something breaks or isn’t intuitive, you’re on your own unless you upgrade. That’s not support; it’s deflecting the customers.
