We recently switched to Okendo to test performance and functionality compared to our current provider, Stamped, and so far we are really impressed. The reviews product in particular has stood out. We are already noticing higher engagement and conversion through the review widget, which has been great to see early on. Onboarding was seamless. The team helped us turn things around quickly, given our specific needs, which we truly appreciated. We are also really enjoying the AI features so far like the AI summary and AI auto-reply feature. Today we had our first meeting with our CSM, Laura, and she came prepared with so many valuable suggestions to help increase our review rate. We are looking forward to continuing to optimize our account and seeing what new features are on the horizon. Highly recommend Okendo to anyone looking to level up their reviews experience.

The best customer support. I've had Okendo for a year now and I'm really impressed with their team. I love that I can always get connected with a REAL person. They have an AI chatbot that can answer basic questions, but doesn't pretend to be human and is always ready to connect you with an actual employee, no runaround to prove you need the help like other companies. I also really appreciate the level of support with account management and initial implementation. Kudos to Okendo for prioritizing having great staff in addition to a great set up.

Great reviews widget - has every feature you could possible want and more and is very easy to use. Left yotpo due to increasing cost and okenda has been above and beyond!

The Okendo app was easy to install, and the support team was very helpful, making sure we had the settings just right when we went live. Shout out to Paulo and Ritwik. We're starting with the free reviews version, and will likely upgrade to the paid version to include loyalty and referrals at a later date.

This software operates my post sale activities from loyalty points to on page reviews. It is invaluable! I believe it keeps my customers coming back to get more points and use them on goods we list as well as discounts we offer based on their spending level.
