Great moderation capabilities and great insight reporting, easy to install, to customize, to manage and to update. Extraordinary customer service as they accompany you on the journey giving advice when you're starting or they bring their help by pointing out potential opportunity areas that you may have overlooked after having been using "reviews" for quite a while on e-commerce. They are good for you if you're a newbie, and they're good for you if you're already a pro.

So happy with this product! I had been using Yotpo with other clients prior and had so many design issues and when I started my own brand I wanted something much more seamless and integrated with the design of our site. I had heard good things about Okendo and gave them a shot and wow, I'm thrilled I did! Customer support is also fantastic. 100% would recommend.

Great app for product review collection. Customer support is available for help when needed, and it is a fantastic experience, especially when you run into some minor hiccups trying to import reviews. Recommended!

Customer services are always really helpful and easy to contact. Angel helped me with an issue I was having with star ratings not appearing on collection pages. The team fixed it for me in less than 24hrs. We have received lots of wonderful reviews from our customers and it's great for other potential purchasers to be able to read these and see pictures. The system is easy to use and to set up and the customer journey is good.

We worked with Tyler Iannantuono throughout our onboarding service, and It was truly the best experience we could have asked for. He made the onboarding process so much easier and made our transition to Okendo seamless. He was very helpful and answered all our questions, ensuring we felt good about this new platform. The best reviews up we've used to date! These guys have built an incredible platform, and even their latest "Connect" product is awesome for creating surveys (we use them post-purchase to capture NPS). On-boarding was an absolute breeze, and ongoing support has been nothing short of superb. Shoutout to Norma from the Customer Success team, she is an asset to the Okendo team! I highly recommend any new or existing Shopify merchant to consider Okendo as a part of their core tech stack moving forward.
