We have had an amazing experience with the Okendo platform and team for onboarding. We looked at a number of review platforms and decided on Okendo. We love how easy the Okendo interface is to use and how simple it is to customize. The Okendo team has been fantastic to work with and made onboarding a breeze with their quick communication and follow up.

I've been using Okendo since 2020. Recently, I wanted to use their Loyalty program, but my current plan went from $119 to $300. It's unnecessarily expensive. I don't recommend it.

I'm currently on Okendo's Essential plan and liking it everyday since the development phase. It's easy to install and configure, the functionalities and flexibility are more than sufficient for my newly launched online store. There had been 2 teething issues but the Support person Shiela was able to provide workarounds promptly and taken my feedback for future product development. Truly recommend this app!
