The team fixed it for me in less than 24hrs. We have received lots of wonderful reviews from our customers and it's great for other potential purchasers to be able to read these and see pictures. The best reviews up we've used to date! These guys have built an incredible platform, and even their latest "Connect" product is awesome for creating surveys (we use them post-purchase to capture NPS). On-boarding was an absolute breeze, and ongoing support has been nothing short of superb. Shoutout to Norma from the Customer Success team, she is an asset to the Okendo team! My company is still in the trial phase and I already really love this review app. Easy to use - very intuitive Chat function is not robot-driven - actual people respond (Nands Fabroa has been very responsive and helpful) Can retrieve prior reviews from other apps so you don't lose anything. Very happy so far.
