We have had an amazing experience with the Okendo platform and team. We switched from another review software and love how easy the Okendo interface is to use and how simple it is to customize so much of our review process. The Okendo team has been fantastic to work with and made onboarding a breeze.

We don't have a super straightforward Shopify store so the setup and onboarding for any app is often semi-complicated. Our Okendo onboarding expert Adrian was amazing--GREAT listener and problem-solver, quick to respond to questions, kept us on track to launch. Okendo as an app is flexible and easy enough for us to integrate our business, which we really love. And with Adrian's help, we're taking advantage of all Okendo has to offer.

Very friendly onboarding experience and the process of getting started was very streamlined, easy and well thought out. Okendo is a dream! Its ease of use and user friendly customisation is parallel to none, love how easily it can be integrated to the look of the website and our brand image.

UPDATED: To use Okendo, you must enforce both name and surname in customer records. It misses all customers without a registered surname. I've reported this bug to the support and received a strange "it's a feature, not a bug" response and seemingly no intention to correct it. So, please take care of it on your store side if you intend to try Okendo. --------------------------- We expected the review app to look aesthetically pleasing, trustworthy, and manageable at a price point we could afford. After going through several alternatives, Okendo ticked all the boxes. Their essentials plan is perfect for smaller businesses. The widgets look great and can be adjusted to fit our branding (you can even customize stars with SVGS, how about that!). They have photo reminders for reviews that help you curate much better reviews, which are now also available in their essentials plan. One problem we faced with the other review apps was that the badges and similar extras took away from the look and feel of the store. Okendo does not force us into any, and we don't need them). The availability of grouping is yet another advantage. Suppose you sell products that are similar to each other. Different colours and designs of the same product can be grouped to share the reviews. This option is incredibly beneficial when you have low reviews for one design but high on alternative colours. Review moderation is easy, and the dashboard is also ok to navigate. Finally, support is also extremely helpful. So... Okendo was the best choice for us, and I think it will also be the best choice for many others.

We moved from Yotpo to Okendo just over a year ago and haven't looked back. Installation was very smooth, plus they've been world-class on countless occasions when we've needed help from their support team - regardless of how simple/complex our request has been! Highly recommend! A++

Shiela has been extremely helpful in helping set up the Okendo integration with our site. She has been extremely responsive (even at odd hours) and very patient with all the requests I had for her. Her team never seized to amaze me as they made sure to address every concern I had and make our Okendo experience amazing! Highly recommend this app, not only for its functionality but also for its caring team.
