Reached out to Customer Support for an issue and Shiela was extremely helpful in providing a solution. She also provided resources so we could refer to them after our issue was resolved.

Made the switch from Yotpo and we could not be happier. The platform is quite intuitive, but Okendo's real selling-point is its stellar customer service. Okendo support is extremely responsive at all hours of the day and chat representative are generally able to answer questions/solve issues right away. For more complicated inquires (when perhaps follow-up is necessary or input from another team is required)—we've consistently gotten detailed and thoughtful responses within 24 hours. My only platform functionality suggestion would be to make it easier/possible to test "coupon descriptions" in the coupon email design section. Overall though, kudos all around!!

the support is non existent. no tel support and the chat goes to Philippines that do not know anything or provide wrong information. literary spent 8 hours trying to get an answer cause it is 11 am here but 3 am there and they go to sleep after every time they reply, and you need to continue messaging trying to wake them up!

Vanessa from Okendo has provided the best support I have received with any Shopify app. Not to mention, the app itself is fantastic! The Okendo team were able to help with reviews duplicated between stores, setting up Klaviyo integration and much more. I have noticed a huge increase in customer reviews being submitted since switching from the generic Shopify Review app to Okendo. I highly recommend this app!

The app is very customizable which made it easy to fit within our Shopify theme. Integration with our email client was also fairly straightforward. Matt gave a great demo and followed-up as I was onboarding and setting up the app. Any questions or issues were quickly and effectively addressed by Matt and Josh (of Customer Support). Really happy with Okendo so far!

Waste of time. Okendo is bugged app with not working sequences. They are refusing to help. Completely the worst customer support ever.

I'm super happy with Okendo! We switched over from Judge.me and although we liked the previous app, Okendo is far superior. We find the product filtering based on age and size range to be super helpful for our products. We are getting so many amazing reviews and UGC with Okendo now. Highly recommend!

I am slowly learning to use this app - I am finding it quite straightforward. Customer Service has been great and are really quick to respond and find a solution.
