We've recently started using Okendo after transitioning from Yotpo. Okendo's feature set is far more impressive than Yotpo's, while simultaneously being the more cost effective solution. Another bonus? The Okendo team has been incredibly attentive and helpful during setup and configuration!

The app is fairly straightforward and easy to use however when there is an issue the support team is super responsive and helps fix any issues very quickly.

I can preach all day about my products, but it means so much more coming from happy clients. The ability to add photos to the review really levels up this app

October 2022 - highly recommend this app for any business serious about collecting reviews. the platform allows for a consistent look and feel and has superior functionality to some of the other review apps we have used in the past. August 2024 Update - we are still with Okendo and love their products! We are using almost every product they have to keep growing our business and staying connected to our customers. 10/10 great platform and their success team always makes sure we have what we need.

Okendo has been a great application and an awesome experience. Their support team is very knowledgeable, supportive, and motivated to giving superior customer service. The onboarding was smooth, and so was the upgrade to W+. I would highly recommend Okendo over all other review collection + display apps!!!

We were looking to migrate our reviews platform from our previous solution and while there were many great options out there, Okendo won hands down. The entire team has been kind and helpful through the whole process and when we had to shorten our timeline to get a quicker turnaround (for a big upcoming marketing moment), they were totally understanding and helped make it happen! The flexibility of the platform, customization options and overall UX has been incredible. SO happy we switched and definitely recommend Okendo for anyone looking for a great reviews provider.

So far so good! The onboarding team did a great job at helping us seamlessly move over from a different platform. We were able to get our site looking the way we wanted with our reviews and the team was extremely efficient at getting this done for us!

Okendo checks all the boxes with it's Klaviyo and Gorgias integrations and straight forward pricing. Great pitch by Mathew and onboarding was a breeze thanks to Meriem, thank you!

Easy to use product, offers integration with many of the platforms we are already using, such as Klaviyo marketing automation and FourSixty. Very helpful customer service team as well.

Their customer service is unmatched, not to mention the high quality of the app and the ability to integrate the review ask into Klaviyo flows. By far, the best reviews app we have used - and much less expensive than Yotpo (for a better user experience). 10./10

Okendo is great! Very easy to set up and get going on your Shopify storefront. I am a big fan of the app and their support is great.
