We just launched for Reviews and our experience through the sales and onboarding process was nothing short of spectacular! One of the best companies I've worked with thus far. Sales was attentive, informative, transparent, and not pushy. Rebecca in onboarding is simply amazing! We felt so well taken care of. She was attentive to our needs, patient, proactive and respectful of our bandwidth limitations. She went above and beyond in her responsiveness and follow through items. I cannot say enough good things about this partnership thus far. The reviews look great and we're seeing fantastic results! Highly recommend this app and company.

From zero to live in days not weeks! We moved over from another review platform and the transition to Okendo was easy, smooth and effortless. The tool is very intuitive in terms of where elements are located and what's possible. I had a couple questions during on-boarding and booked time same day with the on-boarding team to get my questions answered. We use Klaviyo for email so now all our emails look consistent and reporting is in the same platform. This is a great app with many options and a great user experience.

I was having a difficult time getting approved reviews to show up on my Shopify account. I reached out to the Okendo for help, and their team was on it! In a matter of 2 emails being exchanged they’d found the issue, and I’m good to go. Thank you for your support!

Just getting started with the app, but the customer service team was great and very responsive while helping with the install. Without having used it much yet, the customizable widgets look awesome. Very excited to get this going.

The customer service team is amazing. They set it all up for us, but kept us in the loop to ensure we were happy with the result. Any slight issues we ran into while getting it up and running, we were able to contact the team straight away and get very prompt and helpful responses to get things amended ASAP. The app is also very user friendly with so much to offer and we are really happy with how our reviews widget looks on our site.

Having tried almost all of the other popular and heavily advertised apps, they all had slight issues. A lot of them slowed my website down horrendously, or didn't look great or had a poorly crafted customer experience. I've now had Okendo for about 6 months, and I love it, my customers love it, my website speed loves it, and my reviews are now displaying properly on google. I think it's a tiny bit more expensive than the other apps - but it is well worth it - It just works, and the support team (who I've only really had to contact because I upgraded my theme or hadn't read the excellent support material fully) are so responsive and quick to help.

Not only is Okendo flexible ( to your companies needs, your branding, the stage of your business...) it's also super easy to use. We also rate the level of customer service extremely highly.

We get lots of customer reviews with Okendo (more than stamped.io or Yotpo), loads fast, and incredible support. Highly recommend.

Fast response, especially if you contact your contact person. It looks good and the interface for managing reviews is faster than Stamped for example.

We love working with Okendo! The onboarding process was smooth, all team members have been super attentive and helpful and the Klaviyo integration is great. Lots of customization options and our Customer Success Manager has been a wonderful resource as we test, iterate and improve our customer review systems.
