Okendo is great! Excellent app, great team. They are really responsive and helpful. The reviews app is easy to use and offers many features such as email followup, coupon incentives and photo sharing that you need on a modern shop. I've been using Okendo for over a year and will continue to do so.

These guys have been really great to work with, very helpful every step of the way. Our reviews have been seriously upgraded after switching to Okendo, and I'm pumped about it. Lots of great features, probably everything most businesses would want. I good deal too, compared to some of the expensive apps out there. I recommend!

Okendo has been a great help in allowing us to acquire solid customer testimonials along with customer retention. We like how responsive their team is and how they consistently make updates to their app and adding new features which allows us to create a stronger community of loyal customers.

A great app with tons of review options, along with post-purchase features. These guys are extremely helpful and have great customer service. Hands down the best review app on the market.

This Okendo review app is simply brilliant and highly cost effective. Features run long for the value and out performs the far more expensive review apps by a long long way. Customer service is great, quick, attentive and ensures that the app is running smoothly. They have continued to add more and more features since we started with them and the price has not changed at all, proving this is a company with great values. Highly recommended.

The unique thing about Okendo is how it allows the reviewer to add their social profile photo. This adds credibility to the review and was the main reason we switched from another service.

We have been using Okendo for over a year and highly recommend it. We have previously used two other popular review apps but Okendo is our favorite for its: 1) reliability and superior customer service 2) great look 3) affordable price 4) features

We have been using this app for last 10 months and it is the best app for reviews. Okenda best value for money Reviews app in the market. We were using Yotpo for last 4 years and every year they kept increasing the price when it comes to renewal. Their customer service has been flawlessly helpful in migrating and they did everything we asked for. Lastly, this app works perfectly without any issue whereas Yotpo always breaks down and we have to keep constantly raise the issue with their helpdesk.

We've been using Okendo since it launched. I was very interested in what they were offering since their competitor's rates for these services were beyond our budget and frankly didn't make sense for a small company like ours. Their customer service is personal and attentive and the features they offer for the price are excellent value. They were able to seamlessly port all of our prior reviews over to their app, so nothing was lost in the transition. Personally, I think there is great value in having highly visible customer reviews on each product page. We are an artisan skincare company and for new buyers who aren't able to try our products in a store, customer reviews are an integral part of making on-line sales. I have a number of customers who also like to take advantage of the reward system for leaving reviews. An excellent app for very fair price!

Best Review App on Shopify! I have used the most expensive review app and free ones. Okendo is the best platform to use. You have all the features and more to have a properly functioning review system at a fraction of the cost of competition. I recommend Okendo to anyone with a shopify store.

Okendo is fantastic. We've used a number of different service/product review apps, and Okendo is hands-down the best we've used. To top it off, the level of service we received from the team has always surpassed our expectations. We were able to pull in our reviews from a number of previous sources and migrate them to Okendo. The enhanced information we are now able to glean from customers is great for us and for potential buyers. Being able to have slider ratings for values like 'value for money', 'fit, 'quality' is so useful, and all these can be customised by collection, so you can specify exactly what review information you want. The widget is clean and can be customised. Review schema is inserted, so rich snippets pull through to the SERP. It integrates with Shopify Discounts, so offering discounts as an incentive for reviews is easy. They also provided us with an XML feed of our reviews, which was easy to integrate into our Google Merchant Account, and pull the reviews through to Google Shopping PLA's. Okendo is enterprise ready, but priced super competitively. This platform will definitely disrupt the industry, and challenge Bazaar Voice, Reviews, Power Reviews, Yotpo etc etc. We are delighted to be one of the early users of Okendo, and we are very excited about some soon to be released futures, particularly Q&A, which will be so helpful for our customers. Deserves 10 Stars. Well done guys.

This is [by far] the most impressive review software we've ever used, and we've evaluated quite a few different companies. Not only is the software and user experience -- both for us as business owners, and our customers superb -- but the customer service and detail to personalized attention we've received has been incredible. Okendo and the support team played a critical role in the rapid growth of our store and for that I'll be a customer for life.

When we launched our site, Okendo was the software we turned to for product reviews. On our other sites we've tried shopify's native reviews, then yotpo and also some other stuff. We like Okendo the best. Great app for product reviews!

We moved from Yotpo to this software. It works a lot better and much easier to manage. Matt and his team made it super easy to migrate. They've been awesome to work with!
