Our Customer Success Rep. Margaux and the team at Okendo are amazing! With all of our customization edits we were looking to do to our review page, they were able to make it happen quickly and efficiently! I have been dealing with Margaux from the beginning and she has been so great to the C6.ca team with all of our revisions we needed to our review page. We recently had made some shipping information changes to our website and needed these changes to be made on the reviews page, and Margaux was able to make our changes a high priority with their team. Okendo is great and their customer service is even better! really like working with them!

Okendo is extremely easy to use and helped us share all of the great things our customers were saying about our products. We immediately saw an impact once others started to share and we published to our site. The onboarding experience was flawless - Allison was so knowledgeable, friendly, and forward thinking in providing solutions that were a custom fit for our business (no extra charge!) If you are considering Okendo - do it!

We are very happy with our decision to go with Okendo! The level of customization Okendo offers was exactly what our brand was looking for. However, the best part of using this platform has been the customer service experience. From install to launch and beyond, we have had excellent support. Allison M. feels like an extension of our own internal team. Her help made launching with Okendo completely seamless, and we were able to go live in just over a week. We are so grateful for her support!

Okendo has been a gamechanger for us. We started with a different *very expensive* review app and onboarding was clunky and not great. We ended up switching to Okendo on a whim to save money, but also we liked what the backend looked like as it seemed cleaner and little bit easier to manage. The onboarding team, dev team, and customer support were all great! Allison, my customer success manager has been so on top of getting us moving, she sometimes waited on me for an answer! We have a super custom website, so fitting the reviews into our theme made me worried, but it was a breeze for them. I can't recommend Okendo enough! Their pricing is fair, their team is awesome, and my customers have an easy time leaving reviews (which helps us so much!).

Okendo is a wonderful tool that our internal team and our customers find easy to use, intuitive and most of all, helpful. Working with Okendo has been a breath of fresh air! From our initial meeting with Mor, to our launch with our success manager Margaux, the entire experience with the Okendo team has been wonderful. Margaux took the time to answer our many questions, assist with setting up our email flows and helped customize our widget to perfectly match our brand. The app was easy to implement on our site, the dashboard UX is very user friendly, the support team is quick to respond and the transition from our other provider has been seamless. We have recently launched Okendo on our site to capture reviews and thus far it has been such a wonderful experience, as our account manager has been amazing to work with. She has been so helpful with the whole process in guiding us regarding best practice and taking on the heavy lifting of all the necessary task to get us up and live! Okendo is more expensive than we'd like, but it is a fantastic way to capture reviews and offer something in return to customers who leave a review. They have really great customer service and we were able to customize how the Reviews tab shows up on mobile vs desktop. I wish there were more pricing tiers.

Okendo has every feature we have been looking for in a review app at the perfect price. They have a great integration with Klaviyo, which was the tipping point for us. Everything about this app has been perfect from the start! I can't say enough good things about the onboarding process as well. Allison helped us with every aspect of our migration from app to app, and even set up the majority of our processes/settings for us. This was one of the most seamless onboarding processes I have ever been apart of.

Okendo is certainly worth the investment! After being on the fence and researching other review platforms and trying the free route, Okendo just made sense. Starting out, I hadn't known much about Okendo, however after scheduling a meeting and speaking with Mor, we were on our way to setting up a trial under the power plan. It was well worth it as Margaux, our dedicated success manager had us up and running in no time! She was able to set and create a custom look and feel for our site along with integrating review request emails with our other email service. If there were any issues at all or any fixes needed to be done, Margaux made sure that it happened and quickly. Once we were ready to launch, Margaux was able to send out an email review request campaign to our previous customers. I cannot tell you how shocked we were when we had at least 7 reviews within the first hour of the initial emails that were sent out. We have truly appreciated working with Okendo and have just renewed today. Thank you very much Mor and Margaux!
