We've been using Okendo for over 3 years and have had a great experience. Their support team responds in a timely manner and are very helpful when we have questions or need support. Our new customer success manager, Andre Saldanha, is awesome and has been really helpful in ensuring we're using the tool to its fullest extent. We get most of our reviews from Bazaarvoice, so I would love to see them add an integration that uploads those reviews automatically rather than exporting using an Okendo specific template. Other than that, really intuitive and easy to use platform.

Okendo is amazing -- exactly what we were searching for in a review plug-in. The admin site is very easy to navigate, and the customer service team is top notch and always so helpful with any questions that we have. Special shout out to Paulo who has been awesome to work with. We also love how the product looks to the end user and we love that we can customize it with our color profile. All in all an amazing product! Highly recommend!

Very poor lackadaisical customer service. Still charging me $40/ mo when i never used the app because I received NO help with the quiz portion.
