We recently migrated from Yotpo to Okendo and are very pleased with how onboarding went. Brock, our onboarding specialist, was knowledgeable, responsive, and guided us through the process with care. While a couple of items took a bit longer than anticipated, the overall experience was smooth and well-communicated. Since going live, we’ve already received excellent feedback from our customers and are thrilled to be on the Okendo platform.

honestly super sad I have to leave a review like this. Okendo seems good overall but their support and team/onboarding is terrible. Still waiting weeks for help once we've already paid. Reviews was simple enough, but Loyalty they recommend onboarding and no one really has helped or even responded properly. Needs a big improvement in support

Josh was exceptional at responding to a question I had about an integration I wasn’t able to implement. He responded almost immediately and found a solution immediately. I then went back to him with a few more questions and he had no issues whatsoever answering me. Have actually never worked with a better app developer. The app itself is also great. Highly recommend.

Really great platform and excellent technical support. We were really struggling getting reviews, and their team in came in worked with us for months making suggestions and adjustments, really taking the time to comb through the experience and find potential issues. Since then, we have continued to double our reviews numbers month over month throughout this process. They also have a lot of other features like surveys, quizzes, loyalty program, and referrals, and the team does a great job of walking you through everything. The platform is really robust with a lot of options for customization, yet has an easy to navigate back-end experience. They have been a great professional partner, and I highly recommend their services.

Absolutely fantastic app, integration and customer support. Okendo looks more than professional on our site and works like a dream, even with our recent website overhaul. Customer service is also a pleasure to work with, and helped us collect reviews from customers that weren't directly on our website. Would recommend to anyone looking to show off their brand and build a great visitor experience.

The App works very well. The Okendo team is very professional in setting up everything and getting us live. Our main goal was the review, particularly the group review. Okendo separates the Group product from the single products, which makes a better experience for the customer.

August 20, 2024 - Worst App in terms of support. So many broken things and don't get answers for many days. Update September 24,2025 - Updated from one star to three stars. The support team reached out and understood our pain points in using the Okendo app (reviews, loyalty, referral, quiz, survey). We are locked into Okendo and the team is trying to help us. They solved some of the high priority customer escalations and committed to reviewing pending requests and solve them in future updates.

We've been using reviews and quizzes and absolutely love how simple and flexible they are—no coding required. The support has been exceptional. Steven truly listens to our needs, shares best practices, and offers thoughtful solutions. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers, which makes working with them a fantastic experience.

We switched over to Okendo from a different review platform about 1 1/2 years ago, and it has been great! The Support team is really accessible (shout out to Steven for our helpful quarterly tbs) and it's an incredibly easy admin to navigate and use.

Very Professional and Efficient Technical Support! Our team encountered an issue with custom styling while using the app, hoping to guide customers to view reviews more easily. We decided to contact Okendo's customer support to give it a try. The support specialist, Paulo, responded very quickly. He was not only professional and patient in understanding our needs but also provided a precise CSS snippet that perfectly solved our problem. The entire communication process was very pleasant, and we could feel his solid technical skills and customer-centric service attitude. This experience has greatly increased our appreciation for the Okendo app. A great product requires not only powerful features but also professional, efficient, and friendly technical support behind it. Kudos to Paulo and the Okendo team! Highly recommended!
