We switched over to Okendo from a different review platform about 1 1/2 years ago, and it has been great! The Support team is really accessible (shout out to Steven for our helpful quarterly tbs) and it's an incredibly easy admin to navigate and use.

Very Professional and Efficient Technical Support! Our team encountered an issue with custom styling while using the app, hoping to guide customers to view reviews more easily. We decided to contact Okendo's customer support to give it a try. The support specialist, Paulo, responded very quickly. He was not only professional and patient in understanding our needs but also provided a precise CSS snippet that perfectly solved our problem. The entire communication process was very pleasant, and we could feel his solid technical skills and customer-centric service attitude. This experience has greatly increased our appreciation for the Okendo app. A great product requires not only powerful features but also professional, efficient, and friendly technical support behind it. Kudos to Paulo and the Okendo team! Highly recommended!

Okendo is a fantastic app for reviews, post-purchase surveys, and adding great info from customers to our product pages. We worked with Brock on the Onboarding team and he helped us through every step of the process and made sure our account was perfect before we got going! Highly recommend!

Super helpful! I had a rep named Juan and he was super attentive, very informative, and overall just super helpful. I usually stray from customer service chats as they don't typically end up being helpful for me, but Okendo definitely changed that!

Okendo has been an amazing tool for capturing authentic customer reviews and building social proof. The platform is easy to use and has made a real impact on our conversions. Great app for reviews. We have been using Okendo for the last couple years and it has been much better than Yotpo or other review software for our store.

Okendo is easy to use, and their support is great. Amanda has been very helpful in making tweaks to the app over the course of years to improve the functionality on my store. I'd highly recommend Okendo to anyone!

We are using Okendo for reviews, loyalty, and referrals. The platform itself is intuitive, customizable, and built to grow with us. Plus, it's eliminated the need for three separate apps and given us a unified view of our customer engagement. The onboarding and support team (particularly Meriem and Amanda) has been outstanding — responsive, strategic, and invested in our success. Couldn't ask for a better partner.

We've been using Okendo for a few years now. Reviews display great on desktop and mobile and we like the customizations we can make to the design. Laura has been incredibly helpful and attentive to our account. She is always willing to answer our questions and goes the extra mile to ensure she is giving us the best advice and guidance. I’ve had such a great experience working with Okendo, specifically Laura! Their customer service is second to none. As a new business owner, I’ve been navigating a lot for the first time, and Laura went above and beyond to support me. Instead of simply sending over instructions, she personally took the time to step in and resolve an issue I was having with my account. It saved me a ton of time and stress, and I really appreciated how kind, efficient, and proactive she was throughout the process. It’s rare to get that level of hands-on support these days — thank you, Laura! Thank you Okendo!

Okendo promised a whiteglove onboarding, and they did NOT disappoint. Made things so easy for us to transfer from another app, and our first couple of months have been very smooth.
