BEST REVIEW APP out there in terms of functionality and customer service. We switched from Stamped to Okendo, and ever since then our reviews have been much easier to manage. We’re also seeing more customers leaving reviews and engaging with them. 100% recommend! On top of that, they truly put a lot of effort into customer success. Our success manager, Steven, is A+, Regularly check in with us to offer solutions that they bring to us, and that we wouldn’t have thought of otherwise.

Okendo makes it so easy to get reviews, integrates with out tech stack seamlessly, is constantly rolling out new helpful features and provides great customer support. Our support specialist helps us tremendously to maximize our use of the platform and is so easy to work with. The team there is flexible and personable while delivering a solid product. Recommend.

Karen was AMAZING in helping us get up and running with Okendo. She went above and beyond to make sure we were transitioned over on a rushed timeline. She answered all our questions thoroughly and even sought extra help to resolve some reviews that failed to import. Could not recommend her enough- onboarding was a positive experience start to finish!

We’ve trusted Okendo for over three years and continue to highly recommend it. The onsite experience is seamless for our customers, while the backend is simple and efficient for our team to manage. Plus, the integrations with Klaviyo and Shopify run smoothly and reliably.

This app has been a great addition to our store. It’s intuitive and relatively easy to use, with excellent support from the team whenever assistance is needed. The pricing may feel a little high for smaller businesses just starting out who are hoping to use all the features. But the functionality makes it a strong investment for those looking to scale.

Highly recommend… this is a special piece of art - it looks like a sculpture just standing alone! As a kaleidoscope it is endlessly enthralling to move a light back and forth alongside its length at different speeds, and capturing the results on video using my phone camera allows me to make unique mind-blowing art!!!

We're loving Okendo for reviews + surveys! We came to Okendo from a competitor and have been very happy since switching. It was very easy to integrate and set up. The UI on the back end is easy to navigate- moderating reviews and questions is very easy, as is the syndication feature which is very helpful for stores with multiple markets. We've recently started using some of the AI features and are excited to see how that helps us grow and convert! We've also found Okendo support to be more responsive/ helpful than our former reviews partner.

Okendo is very useful as it relates to customer reviews and flows. Allows our customers to upload visuals, videos and additionally let them review our company as a whole. Support is accessible and helpful.

Great customer service. Paulo really helped out with importing our current reviews over and making sure they were all in correctly. Also quick to help us make sure the overall account is set up with email sequences, rewards and integrations. Really appreciate all of the help! Update: We had an issue with the reviews widget onsite button text colors being overwritten by our theme- and Leonardo was extremely helpful and went out of his way to find us a solution! Highly recommend Okendo, more specifically Leonardo! A+++
