We’re picky about apps. Okendo earned its spot: photo/video reviews, fit attributes, and painless moderation. It’s fast, looks clean, and plays nice with Klaviyo. Our customers get the info they need, our team gets fewer questions—win-win.

Disappointing. In the free plan only reviews are available but if you want to use other options like referrals and quiz you need to start free trial of the paid plan, which is not mentioned any where and you need to talk to support to do that... Such a long process and waste of time...

We've been using Okendo Reviews for a few years now. When we first switched, due to the Klaviyo integration, our number of submitted reviews more than doubled - just by implementing their default suggestions. Since then it's been easy to manage and we meet regularly with a rep who guides us for further improvements. Highly recommend!

Really easy to use platform with really great CSMs. Great for multiple Shopify stores, and works seamlessly with integrating with Klaviyo also. We've used the reviews and quiz sections, and have been happy with both.

Frustrating, Overly Complex, Not Worth the Time I spent hours trying to get Okendo’s review widget styled correctly on my Shopify store and it was a nightmare. The interface is bloated, settings are scattered across multiple menus, and even after adjusting colors, styles, and modules, the reviews still looked completely misaligned and unprofessional on my site. Something as simple as removing “Was this helpful?” was buried or unavailable.

Great app! The technical support from this team is incredibly fast and helpful. The Okendo team also schedules quarterly follow ups to provide recommendations for our site, which have been very helpful with getting us reviews and optimizing the app to its fullest potential. Highly recommend!

We recently migrated from Yotpo to Okendo and are very pleased with how onboarding went. Brock, our onboarding specialist, was knowledgeable, responsive, and guided us through the process with care. While a couple of items took a bit longer than anticipated, the overall experience was smooth and well-communicated. Since going live, we’ve already received excellent feedback from our customers and are thrilled to be on the Okendo platform.

honestly super sad I have to leave a review like this. Okendo seems good overall but their support and team/onboarding is terrible. Still waiting weeks for help once we've already paid. Reviews was simple enough, but Loyalty they recommend onboarding and no one really has helped or even responded properly. Needs a big improvement in support

Josh was exceptional at responding to a question I had about an integration I wasn’t able to implement. He responded almost immediately and found a solution immediately. I then went back to him with a few more questions and he had no issues whatsoever answering me. Have actually never worked with a better app developer. The app itself is also great. Highly recommend.
