Karen Vargas and the team made the process exquisite! I love the ease of use and quick changes that can be made on the website. The integration was basically seamless. The team at Okendo took alot of my migration from a different platform in their own hands and rocked it. I am excited to continue to grow my loyalty and review program!

Okendo is easy to use and has a lot of flexibility when it comes to customization and configuration of the UI. I appreciate that Okendo consistently adds features to the platform in order to continue to add value for merchants which in turn adds value for our customers.

The platform is super easy to use, highly customizable, and has helped us collect more impactful customer reviews. And our Customer Success Manager Kelsey has been absolutely amazing to work with. She’s been very proactive, insightful, and always ready to support us.

We recently migrated to Okendo and couldn’t be happier. The app works great, and Kelsey from their team made the transition smooth and stress-free. She helped us set everything up and even coordinated a custom feature just for our store. Highly recommend both the app and the support.

We have been using Okendo to consolidate reviews on our site for a while now but it had fallen on the backburner. Henry T. reached out as our new CSM and brought it back to the forefront. He came with several optimizations we will easily be able to integrate to improve our consumer's UX on-site and via email. Looking forward to seeing how we can further utilize the platform!

Shiela from support was a great help with implementing niche plug-ins for my client's Shopify site. Whole team I've interacted with via email always replied promptly and were pretty helpful. Have also used their live support chat team and they were helpful with small bits of coding advice (shopify liquids) too.

I recently switched to a new theme and lost the widget connections. Paulo from the support team was great to get us back and running again. Love Okendo and I have seen a tremendous difference in how customers are purchasing based on reading the reviews from others. It's such a great reviews app, wish I switched a lot sooner.

Laura was such a great help in the customer support side, she gave us a throughout auditing and was very proactive. We are really happy with Okendo, it's easy to use and give us plenty of options for customizations.
