We’ve been happy with Okendo since switching from another platform. The integration with Shopify and Klaviyo was seamless and made setup easy. Some flows could be better supported natively from klaviyo. The backend is intuitive—moderating reviews, managing questions, and using features have been smooth experiences. Customer support has always been fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success, and offering regular best-practice check-ins.I would recommend for anyone looking for a robust, customizable review solution that prioritizes both merchant and customer experience.

BEST REVIEW APP out there in terms of functionality and customer service. We switched from Stamped to Okendo, and ever since then our reviews have been much easier to manage. Highly recommend… this is a special piece of art - it looks like a sculpture just standing alone! As a kaleidoscope it is endlessly enthralling to move a light back and forth alongside its length at different speeds, and capturing the results on video using my phone camera allows me to make unique mind-blowing art!!!
