Nothing but good things to say about this app - 10/10! From our initial few calls with Alex, onboarding with Alannah, and making the most of our account with Ana, we've had a perfect experience with this app! Our requirements haven't been the most straightforward but the team have been ridiculously helpful and held our hand every step of the way. Would highly recommend, especially if your current app isn't up to standards as ours wasn't.

Fantastic app! I had a great experience, before purchasing the service, we had a call where they walked me through all the features and capabilities. Most importantly, the team was incredibly helpful and supportive in getting everything set up. Highly recommended!

We've been using Okendo reviews for several years and it continues to prove to be a leader in its category. It's especially good at syndication and integrates well into our support ecosystem (incl Gorgias, Klaviyo) so that we can engage customers effectively. I've been particularly impressed with their team's willingness to take an active role in working with us through our evolution and a special mention of Ana for how well she's supported us over the years.

Leo was so helpful and quick to reply when I needed help with sharing a URL for a specific campaign. Okendo is easy to use and their staff is always quick to respond and provide good solutions.

A pleasure to use this app, looks great with a user friendly interface / integration. I also had the best experience when needed support regarding a custom coding request. The code was updated in minutes, with the amazing support from Josh, thanks for that!

We had a meeting scheduled in with Shiela and she was very helpful! She answered all our questions and walked us through the process of bumping up our review percentage as well as how we should refresh emails etc.

We've been using Okendo since the start of our company. It provides a lot of flexibility which we love, and has good translation features making it useful in our home market. The account mgmt team (Amanda) sincerely want the software to support our business growth and proactively think alongside you.
