BIG MISTAKE Worst onboarding experience ever. I had to chase them so many times. They have layers for support that is dysfunctional. I was happy with Yotpo but they stopped SMS and they recommended to move these guys. Unfortunately waste of time and loss of potential revenue.

Promotional SMS messages to UAE numbers require a registered Sender ID, which is a government requirement. This registration process is handled by the local SMS provider and requires very specific documentation. In your case, the initial submission was missing required details, which led to follow-up requests and unavoidable back and forth before the provider could proceed with verification. We understand how this can feel like unnecessary delays, particularly when timing and revenue are critical. While we guided the process and kept you informed, the approval timeline and requirements are ultimately controlled by the SMS provider and local regulations, not by our platform. That said, your feedback about the onboarding and support experience is important to us, and we’ll be using it to improve how we set expectations and guide customers through regulated SMS setups like this. We recently integrated Omnisend for email and SMS marketing on our Shopify store IKONIAN, and the experience has been excellent so far. The platform is very intuitive, well designed, and makes it easy to set up professional email flows, pop ups, and automations without feeling overwhelmed. The email editor is clean, fast, and flexible, and the built in templates are actually usable out of the box. What really stands out is how smoothly Omnisend integrates with Shopify and how clearly everything is laid out from subscriber growth to campaign performance. It feels like a tool built specifically for ecommerce, not a generic email platform. We’re still early in our journey, but onboarding has been smooth and support has been responsive. Definitely a solid choice for brands looking to grow with email and SMS marketing.

Beran is a legend. He happily walked me through the changes needed instead of just forcing me to read the articles. To be honest one of the reasons I was reluctant to move from Klavyio to Omnisend was the difference in the support level. But this helped us finalise our decision. Great work!

Omnisend has been a breeze and a huge breath of fresh air since we started to use it. We come from Klaviyo, and now we regret spending so much time, energy, lost nights and even money (although the money is the least important part) with Klaviyo, which is an outdated, clunky, and nearly impossible to use app (due to it's counterintuitiveness). But, in a way, I don't regret trying Klaviyo because now I know that I haven't missed anything by moving away from Klaviyo. So, if you're unsure, if you see most people online recommending Klaviyo, I say go for it, try it for yourselves for a couple of months, and then try Omnisend. - and I say this as a marketing manager working in marketing for nearly 20 years now. Klaviyo may be marginally more powerful in a few aspects, specifically, some extra segmentation features, and some extra flow logics and triggers/hooks - but these extra things are so marginal that you'll probably never use them unless you're some sort of a large corporate brand selling over multiple markets/countries, and coming up with some unnecessarily complicated campaign logics. Omnisend can do 90-95% of all that already, and they're improving every day. As a store and business owner, you'll spend most of your time in the marketing platform. If that's not a pleasure to work with, then you'll curse yours days. Omnisend will make you love your job again - that nice and easy and straightforward is to work with it. Omnisend's customer service is top. Always available within minutes, and always knowleadgeable and helpful. Klaviyo, literally, has no customer service (despite claiming they're the more advanced solution, and charging a higher premium for their service) other than 24 hour email - and most of the times they just give you basic/generic links to their help files, or just outright tell you they can't help you and that you need to hire your own developer or whatever - unnaceptable. Not to mention that Omnisend is fairly more affordable, and offers a much better deal on SMS plans too. Omnisend is, literally, the backbone of my store and business now - and once the automations are set up (we have about 15 of them so far, each with multiple series of emails), watch it do wonders (of course, assuming your website is in right order as well). I've seen a few other negative reviews here - I just don't understand what's the matter: customer service is top, and the pricing is pretty straight forward (just because some people don't understand the pricing, it doesn't mean it's not clear or a reason for a negative review - and if you can't afford it, just use something else, but it doesn't mean the app is bad).

Really dissapointed, we are trying to setup and make test, but everything is buggy, and the customer support has zero knowledge how to support un, really unhappy with the experience.
