I am generally not good at setting up anything technical but was very relieved to find 24/7 chat support with Omni Send. I ran into some small issues (they seemed big to me) during set up and they helped me right through. I didn't have to watch 10 videos or go to an FAQ. An actual, competent person helped me right through! For that alone, I highly recommend.

Today is the first time I've needed support and only a few minutes after having submitted my enquiry, a support theme collaborator has immediately answered in a promptly and very effective way. The issue has been solved in quick time and I couldn't be more satisfied. So glad to having subcribed for this tool, can't wait to start using it. Thanks Omnisend

Omnisend has been a good choice for my new brand. I used Klaviyo for a previous brand and I wasn't a fan of the interface or prices. Klaviyo ghosted me once I signed up for their service so that was the last straw for me. Omnisend support has been responsive and helpful. It's pretty easy to set up emails and forms like spin the wheel email capture forms.

So far so good! Always able to get help when I need it. The AI can help me set up most things. And if I get stuck there is always a human available to fix any problems.
