Loved the sales pitch. Very nice + clean interface. However, UX is not very user friendly. It just takes so many more clicks to get what you want. Also, email block settings differ from one template to another so it's difficult to apply "saved" blocks. It looks like each template/automation was coded separately, so there's no uniformity. It also doesn't allow you to create multi-touchpoint emails, so you can't create follow up emails smoothly within one campaign. Everyone raves about CS, that's why I chose Omnisend over Klaviyo, but I have yet to get a good experience. Onboarding so far has not been pleasant. They promised that someone would help us set up our account, but I have done 95% of the work.

We really wanted to have a birthday field to the newsletter registration form. I spent days looking for a good email marketing app, tried 3 of them and I am very happy that we decided on Omnisend. It's been a few weeks now (I don't write a quick review on the day I install an app). The support team has been amazing on top of all the functions we need. Highly recommended! 散々探して、3 アプリを実際に試した上でOmnisendにしました。生年月日など必要な項目を入れたフォームを作れることや、オートメーションで使える機能、メールデザインの編集機能などにも満足しています。サポートチームも迅速丁寧で大変素晴らしい! Updated Sep 2023. It's been 3 years since my first review. Still very happy with this app and the support team is just wonderful. Sanya today was quick and super helpful with clear answers just as great as the last time she helped me. Updated Nov.2023 Still very happy. Had an issue with our domain/hosting server transfer but Sanya again and everyone else from the support team was very patient and helpful.

Great, great app for marketing. Easy to navigate - I was able to immediately set up automation compared to other tools. Customer service great as well.

The WYSWYG editor interface is kind of simple to use but lack some interesting features. Customisation is also a bit restricted.

We switched to Omnisend when Mailchimp could no longer be used for Shopify and WOW did it make a difference. Can't believe we had been missing out on so much in terms of design, functionality and targeting... and the support is fantastic. Highly recommend!!

I am using Omnisend since several months now and I am enjoying it unfortunately not to 100%. What I enjoy: - easy to use and to setup - price seems ok What I didnt enjoy: - bad opening rates in my campaigns comparing to when I sent it directly in shopify (same user base, same kind of copy etc.) --> Omnisend 10-15% OR, Shopify 30-50% OR!!! - the currency is shown wrong (Peru) and wasnt fixed until now - the SMS supposed to cost 0.05 USD for Peru, but when I created a campaign it was not possible to meet the needed SMS lenght to only pay 0,05 USD. At the end I paid more than 3 times more for a very short SMS The worst of all, I am waiting now (and already tried to follow up) on an answer from the support related to the SMS thing and havent received any answers withing more than a week! Usually it was quite fast, so no idea what is happening right now.

Will helped us load up a huge database and walked us through the automation features which we took advantage of. The abandoned cart response is a great success. Response time late in the day was amazing, don't hesitate to talk to them for support. thank you

This app makes emails a breeze to send. It's so easy to use and set up. I don't know what I would do without Omnisend.

I use the omnisend app for my purchase confirmation emails and abandon cart automation emails. This app is very user friendly. It guides you on what to do next. I recommend you get this app for your Shopify store.

All the emails I try to send with Omnisend are not ending up in my inbox, but in spam or between the promotions. It feels like a waste to send emails this way
Sorry to hear you ran into this issue. Deliverability is a complex topic, and it highly depends on your sending practice, email content, and the contact list. First, you should get rid of old inactive emails on your list. The next step is to get a custom domain for your sending. And finally, improve your newsletter content. From install & set up to email campaign deployment: 120 minutes. Can't beat that with other clunky or dysfunctional apps. So far so good with the omniboys!

It was really straightforward to understand multiple functions on Omnisend. I put several months of effort to set up the campaigns.. But it's my fault. It was definitely worth studying it. Their blog content is also timely and helpful. I usually try to reach out to get help from their customer support team, but it was so easy so I could do it almost everything by myself. I might seek for help some day if I move on to the next level, but they can help me, with no doubt.

I Often used Omnised for our website to send emails to our customers . The Work Flow of the email is really impressive. Really Like the App. Great Support Team. Love to work with the Omnisend...

My first experience with the support team has been great. Vlad was really helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to investigate my issues properly and to come back to with clear explanations. He also asked for a follow up each time to make sure I was happy. The only comment I have is that answers are quite slow despite the fact that it's a live chat, so you have to be available to keep up with the conversation.

not bad at all. Not easy to set up at the very begining but the customer support is very reactive to help. Very appreciated . using the app since 3 days but for now nothing to add, so nothing more to say about it. I dont use all the features but i will if needed
