Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Just started to use this app and so far it's pretty easy to navigate in. Having some issues, but the customer service (Olesia) was really quick in response and helpful!

I was browsing the apps in order to find a good platform to send emails campaigns in time. I tried a lot during the research for this but WOW Omnisend is definitly something else. It's an intuitive app that's easy to use and have everything you need! And their customer service is 100%. Quick and precise, it makes me want to work even more with them ! Am definitly stopping with my research since Omnisend meets all my needs and I definitly recommend you to try it too !!!

This app is awesome and easy to work with. Their support is very helpful. My biggest complaint is that they are missing SOO many features. They come out with new features all of the time but as of right now there are so many basic features that it just doesn't have.

I've been setting up some automation streams and one form. Most functions work pretty well, and some smaller issues were fixed with the help of the support team. Great support from Daryna - thanks a lot!

Very useful mail-marketing platform. It works good for mail automations and sending campaign. I personally like the visual editor of the templates for the mails more and find them easier the use than Mailchimp. I contacted the support team on multiple occasions in order to set up filters/segments/automations... and they've been generally friendly very helpful. Nikola and Baarath, for example, took their time to help me investigating a bug I had in my segmentation and help me with the new back-in-stok feature.

I required some assistance with form designs on Omnisend and I was connected with Daryna from Omnisend. She was a major help, acted as a bridge between me and the tech team and kept me in the loop, provided me with timely solutions and went out of her way to make sure I got the results I had visualized. Thank you Daryna and Team.

The tool is very on point to email management and creating automation emails for Shopify visitors. The support team is also very wonderful.

We were looking for an app that would be affordable and effective. Omnisend has surpassed our expectations! They provide customizable templates that are easy to use, and we receive prompts to improve the workflow. By implementing a few suggestions, we were able to capture about $20k in abandoned cart sales and over $50k in sales through email marketing in the last three months. In addition, their customer service via chat is always responsive and helpful.

The app is not perfect. There are some issues that should be developed. But the support team do their best to help their customers.

Great customer service and is an easy app to use and operate with a quick drag and drop to customize your own email. Or you can choose from lots of other templates that are pre-made.

the segmentation filters can be a little confusing, but the support so far by bassma has been wonderful and has made up for it. Great tool!

Always helpful when I reach out for support. Plus the follow up is first class. They always want to be sure I have received the support I need. Most of the support is just because I am still in a learning curve due to time. I am sure once I have the time to slow down and spend more time with the app it will be of great help. I can see the potential. Update for 2/3/2024. Just spent a good amount of time working with Agustin trying to work thru the upcoming changes due to email due to Google. Agustin was so patient and helpful. Very professional and stayed with me until things were done right. I appreciate all the time and effort.

This email marketing app is the best I have ever used. Many thanks for the Omnisend customer support. On average, one spent euro is generated for us 40 back euros. Excellent!

I really enjoy using this app so far! I wish there were a few more fonts to work with but if that's the only thing I'd change, I'd say it's pretty great :) Customer service is fantastic! Quick to reply, very helpful and overall just get such incredible support to help me figure something out.

This app is definitely the best on the market, not only does it have superior options and better pricing, the customer support is beyond great. I've had the pleasure of speaking to Daryna, and she was extremely helpful and pleasant. Solved my issue and even offered additional support. Would definitely recommend.

Great app, lots of customizations with emails and automations, pre-sets also available if you don't know what to say. And most importantly, great customer support and quick response. Nicolas was very helpful and explained everything well. Highly recommend!

I'm not one to typically write reviews. However, Omnisend is one of the best email marketing tools I've used to date. I've tried a number of them too. Really simple to use, gives a really neat activity log on what actions people take in my store to see what people are adding to their carts and various other activities, on top of the emails just being in general a great design with little effort. :)
