Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

By far, the single worst company we have dealt with in terms of customer support and overall service in the last 2 years since launching our Shopify site. This box doesn't provide enough space to list the catalogue of bugs, errors, sorry excuses, terrible customer service experiences or indeed the list of individual times (more than 100) in the last few months that we have had to contact support to do basic things such as create segments or send out simple SMS messages. Worst purchase of the year, hands down. We have since had contact from the management of Omnisend and our satisfied the above matters have now been resolved. Thank you.

Great app. Been using this on other webshops as well with great success! Let's you easily build email campaings in a few minutes to reach out to your customer base. Paid plans are accessible and reasonable

I love Omnisend. The support is fast and knowledgeable. The app is superior in my opinion to the others that I have used. I have used HubSpots integration (meh!), ActiveCampaign and Klayvio. While Active and Klayvio are really good I feel that Omnisend is far better than Active and much more intuitive than Klayvio.

We've been working with Omnisend for a couple of years now. The app is fairly intuitive and easy to set up automation and campaigns. Any time we have had questions or issues the response from the team has been prompt and thorough...they have either sorted any issue or explained how we can accomplish whatever it is we are asking.

Increasing their price repetitively!!!! Customer service have changed and aren't willing to help. I also had a lifetime coupon they are not willing to honor and doubled their price. Klayvio is giving me a much better offer, and I'm going to move there. I also noticed every major company is working with Klavyio because it's way more robust than Omnisend.

I used this App to help me with my abandon cart and email campaign. super friendly and easy...love it

Jan 2022 - I'm updating this review as I've just moved from the free version to the paid app as the conversion rates are definitely showing an ROI. Customer contact has definitely increased, Customer retention is up, Abandoned checkout recovery rate has doubled. Definitely a worthwhile app. Dec 2021 - I'm brand new to this app but it couldn't be easier to get set-up and running. When I did get stuck, Omnisend's chat support helped me fix my problem right away. Templates are great and I'm hoping this will increase customer engagement, Very happy so far! Char, DR Mower Parts

I've just started using this app and it is really easy to use. It has everything you can think of for email and SMS marketing. I'm happy to have found this app!

It was original 2000 emails every day and around 15000 emails per month for free plan I subscribed and now changed to 500 emails per month. Really not appreciated.

Good templates and easy to us. Can integrate with my store easily and I am sending out my first email.

The Omnisend is the best email sender system that we used ever. Easy to create email campaigns or workflows. When you sent the emails you can see everything. Good job guys!

I wish I had learned about Omnisend sooner. I recently migrated to Shopify and started using Omnisend - so far, it has been excellent. This tool has allowed our brand to strengthen our relationship with new and existing customers - which is critical. I am impressed by Omnisend’s customer service. Loved how easy it was to set up SMS messaging. Email templets are very professional and ey-catching. Will be using the app again!

I LOVE how you can send a preview email first to work out any kinks!! I couldn't find out how to attach an image but I will hunt for that more next time.

Good so far, but I've only been using it for a couple of days, still just getting used to it and finding out everything it can do. Seems to be pretty user friendly though and quick and simple to use, which is awesome

I wish we can give 0 stars here. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is the best app to waste money. They promise Unli email on the pro plan, but it's really capped. The customer rep doesn't even know what their job is. They promise 24/7 support but it's really only Monday to Friday. 7 days before your billing you won't be able to send an email campaign unless you pay an extra 50 USD. They're also be charging you more than what you can send. THIS IS A SCAM APP.

I liked this app...until they totally changed the pricing structure! They went from 15,000 emails per month on the free plan to 500 emails...excuse me??? I don't mind paying but this price change seems likje quite a bait and switch to me.

This app has been amazing so far. I haven't had much experience on the marketing side, but this app has made it super easy!
